Bed and Blackmail: Swiss Gigolo Swindled Wealthy Lovers

The richest woman in Germany gets seduced by a Swiss gigolo while away at a luxurious spa. As she carries on the affair, hiding it from her husband and children, the gigolo schemes with his Italian accomplice, who secretly films the lovers from a hotel room next door. The gigolo begs the unfaithful woman to give him $10 million to pay off a fictitious Mafia boss. Once she does, he demands more, or else he will reveal the evidence of her infidelity to the world. No, this tale is not taken from a trashy romance novel, but from a German courtroom.

Yesterday, Helg Scarbi, who's known as the "Swiss Gigolo" was sentenced to six years in jail, after blackmailing Germany's wealthiest woman, Susanne Klatten, and a list of other uber-rich lovers.

Klatten is the reclusive heir to the BMW fortune. She decided to come forward to authorities about the blackmail, and risk embarrassment. Because the seductive swindler confessed, he received six years, instead of 10. Does that sounds like a fair sentence to you?

I'm a big fan of drinks that have Baileys as one of their ingredients. Baileys on the rocks is amazing, but Baileys mixed into a cocktail is even better. While looking for a good Baileys drink to share with you, I stumbled across this delicious sounding recipe that I had never heard of before called BMW. At first I thought there must be a mistake, a BMW is a car not a cocktail, but further research proved it is a both an automobile and an after dinner dessert drink. It's easy to remember, simple to make, and sure to wow your friends with your bar-tending abilities. A BMW is equal parts Baileys, Mailbu, and Whiskey. 1 shot Bailey's
1 shot Malibu
1 shot whiskey

Shake equal amounts of Bailey's, Malibu and whiskey with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass with a couple of ice cubes.

BMW Films - Shockingly Sexy

Unlike any other so far - this one is for the motorcycle. It is super sexy with strippers and all. But most importantly it showcases the BMW bike. The story is not as good as the past BMW films, but it still makes me excited to see what's next.

The Hire is the successful advertising campaign that BMW has run in years past which includes Clive Owen as a James Bond like driver in various situations - always able to escape the worst with his ride. Madonna has even appeared on one of the movies. Now the series is turning into a comic book. More cool BMW ads to come.

A Nasty Surprise for Lily Allen Last Night

Poor old Lily Allen - after enjoying a night out at the Groucho Club yesterday she was confronted with a smashed window on that BMW she bought to cheer herself up a couple of weeks ago. She decided to get a taxi home but at least her friends, including Noel Fielding, were there to help out. Maybe another girly day out with Miquita Oliver is just what the singer needs to cheer her up. You can see Lily on BBC3 tonight, as her chat show Lily Allen and Friends continues. Although you were pretty divided about the first episode, we reckon it might be worth another try...

This BMW dealer wanted to avoid looking like every other low-budget ad, so he got a few professional athletes to step in as his spokesmen. But hockey players are trained to work the ice rink, not the camera. Throwing some free fried chicken into the deal would have done a better job of getting people's attention.

BMW Designers Help Make Laptop Line More Luscious

Intel might be making the snazzy Santa Rosa laptops, but Acer has its own shiny trick up its sleeve - a lineup of luscious and shiny laptops with a pearly interior. Apparently, Acer's design team worked with BMW Group Designworks USA to study design trends, develop the concept and visualize new forms. Findings showed that three of the most important design features to consumers were color and material, branding and naming, and shape treatment. Named the Gemstone, the new line seems to be all that and a bag of chips.

There are four models: the Aspire 5720, the 5920, 7720 and the high-end 9920, apparently the 9920 features a 20-inch display, camera (iSight copy?), digital TV tuner and HD DVD drive. According to UK Gizmodo, the line is the first to get Dolby Home Theater Virtual Surround-approved. For an additional image, read more

Nearly everyone is embracing budgeting these days, even multi-millionaires.
