I find practicing yoga regularly helps keep me feeling centered, both physically and mentally. But that doesn't mean you need to do yoga solo. Partner yoga can be often be twice as fun and more enriching.

On this week's episode of FlashForward, we get some of those big payoffs that Sonya Walger promised. While the main characters' most important relationships grow more tense, the FBI agents learn more about the blue-hand situation, and the end of the episode has two very big twists.
There's plenty of excitement to discuss, so to get into it, just read more

This post comes from the group The Books of Twilight from member Audreystar.
Dear Ms. Rosenberg,
First let me say that I thought you did an impeccable job at screenwriting Twilight from Stephenie Meyer's novel.

Winona Ryder sat down for a photo shoot and chatted about her life in the latest issue of BlackBook magazine. She has a film, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee to promote, but Winona had plenty of other things to discuss. Winona talked about a variety of topics, from her famous exes like Matt Damon and Johnny Depp to her feelings about Angelina Jolie winning the Oscar for Girl, Interrupted.

The other day someone suggested that the book He's Just Not That Into You be required reading for adolescent girls destined to chase after uninterested men. It may be true that a lot of women have found help from relationship books, but when you pile up all the how-to-fall-in-love books out there, it's easy to feel like publishers are trying to make you panic your way into marriage. At least that's what Sarah Haskins makes of it all.

While perusing the local book store, I came upon this book called Just Do It. The subtitle says "How One Couple Turned Off the TV and Turned On Their Sex Lives For 101 Days (No Excuses!)." Wow is all I could think.

In some ways, this is a trick question, because if you're not emotionally intelligent — defined very broadly as someone "particularly good at establishing positive social relationships with others, and avoiding conflicts, fights, and other social altercations" — you might think you are anyway!
But October is Emotional Intelligence month, and it seemed a good time to remind people, as Emotional Intelligence author Daniel Goleman claims in his book subtitle, that "it can matter more than IQ." We've all known the brilliant boss or friend who had a horrible temper or little ability to empathize and couldn't figure out why, in the case of the boss, no one ever stuck around for long, or, in the case of the friend, people had to break up with them they were so toxic.

I just finished Love the One You're With, the book I suggested for my June Must-Haves, and it was every bit as good as I expected! It's a story about a woman who marries her best friend's brother — what some might call a perfect situation. Without giving away the ending, I think it's pretty obvious to assume that mixing your family with your friends isn't always as simple as it sounds.

Following her crossing-dressing book launch yesterday, Katie Price kept her full face of makeup on for a night out at Balans, as did her boyfriend Alex Reid and riding instructor Andrew Gould! She was back in sequins for an appearance on This Morning today, while Peter Andre dressed all in white at home with Junior and Princess. Kate and Peter’s divorce was due to be finalised yesterday, but Kate herself wasn’t sure whether it was official yet when she appeared on This Morning.
