Cat loving TrèsSugar spotted a recent article naming the most famous bookstore cats from across the country including the (late) Fup of Powell's Books in Portland, OR seen here. Seems felines and fiction go together like Dewey and decimal since enough libraries have resident kitties that there's actually a Library Cat Society. Who knew?

This latest clip is just too close for comfort. Similar to the story we told you about in May, another lil girl was molested in plain site at a big name bookstore. The first incident happened in the children's section of an Arcadia Borders and the most recent occurred at a Corte Madera Barnes & Noble, also in California.

Prada is jumping on the designer-book bandwagon. The Italian house has unveiled a 706-page book, titled Prada, that highlights the house's 30 years of fashion, art, and more. "For Prada, fashion, luxury and style go beyond producing an infinity of clothes and shoes, so the book wants to illustrate the various aspects through which Prada expresses itself," said Patrizio Bertelli, chief executive officer of Prada Group.

Halloween can be scary for tots — especially toddlers who have become more aware of their emotions or are afraid of the dark. My daughter acted squeamish around ghosts and goblins her first few Halloweens, so we opted to keep things light with charming costumes and princess fanfare. Talking and reading books about the holiday — minus the gory details — can help scare off fright.

David Beckham emerged from a bookstore in Milan earlier today, looking badass with his facial hair and aviators. Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, his boys were looking equally cool as they perfected their skateboarding skills at a park in LA yesterday. Seems like Cruz forgot all about his scooter as he rode beside Romeo like a pro, sporting a fake tattoo to boot.

You can never be too careful when it comes to your kids. Sexual predators are brazen so parents need to be aware of who their children are with at all times whether they are at a the local playground, a family event or even the children's section of a bookstore. And, as an adult it's important to trust your instincts and err on the side of caution rather than dismissing something as a fleeting feeling and have your offspring pay the price.
