Brad & Mad Head to Mars While Angie Opens Up

Maddox really cashed in on his alone time with Brad when they hit his favorite NYC restaurant, Mars 2112. The family is in New York for Angie's press tour, which included stops at Larry King Live in addition to The Daily Show. Angie may have succumbed to Jon Stewart's goofiness, but she kept it serious with Larry King, especially when talking about how she and Brad are raising their kids. Here's more:

KING: But they do know they have a different life?

JOLIE: I don't know if they know they have a different life, but I know that they know -- I don't know what they know. I just know we try to show them -- I just know that we try to show them -- we're trying to instill compassion and understanding and tolerance. And hopefully they will have that by looking at each other as they grow up, and learning about each other's countries and just being a family. But also, we don't want them to be spoiled and we don't want them to be attached to things. And we don't want them to be attached -- or take fame seriously, or anything like that. We want them to be good people, like all parents.

KING: A great writer in Chicago years ago wrote: "I have four children, two are adopted, I forget which two."

JOLIE: Yes. That's right.

We've had plenty to write about with all her interviews. You all got pretty heated on the story about Angie's weight. Thanks to Fit for offering up some great advice for Mom's in a similar situation. As for Angie's interviews, clearly family is her number one priority. Hopefully she'll get to take a day off to spend Father's Day with Brad and the kids!

Brad & Angie's Mighty Heart

Brad and Angelina showed up to the photocall for A Mighty Heart in Cannes arm in arm and minus their adorable entourage. They even took off their matching shades and showed some teeth for lots of photo ops. Both Brad and Angie had a large hand in making the film - Brad produced and Angie's the star - so naturally they both had a lot to say about their project. Here's more:

Pitt said he was captivated by the Pearl story from the moment he started following it on CNN. "It was our goal to see this thing through," said Pitt. "And to fight hatred."

Jolie said that despite the serious nature of the film, which tracks Daniel's kidnapping and his wife's desperation to save him, she remains able to smile in her downtime. "I am still capable of being silly and have fun," she said.

It's always fun to hear about the lighter films in Cannes like Ocean's 13, but we're glad to see that many A-listers are also using their celebrity to create films for the greater good.

Brad Lets Angie Shine

Brad may have zillions of adoring fans, but for The Good Shepherd premiere this week in NYC he let Angelina enjoy the spotlight. Apparently he just hung out quietly at the after party while Angie mingled with Liam Neeson, Oliver Stone, and Harvey Weinstein. Brad even played waiter for his significant other fetching her Ketel One vodka martinis. Angelina and the film are getting excellent reviews already. Cindy Adams raves about the movie. She also got to chat with the happy couple after the premiere. Here's more

I asked Angelina what she'd done for luck. Laughing, she said: "Luck? I don't need to do anything to get luck. I already have luck. I brought my luck along tonight, and he's sitting right with me." And her luck stepped back to give his lady the whole spotlight. Brad's comment to me: "Hey, I'm off-duty tonight."

So maybe Brad just didn't want to work. Can't blame him - the night really had nothing to do with him. Expect lots more news to come on these two after Angie opened up to Vogue about falling in love with Brad. Until then, more from their Vogue spread so read more

Angie Gets a Pick-Me-Up From Brad

Angelina Jolie's eyes lit up yesterday when she got a surprise visit from Brad on the set of The Changeling yesterday. Angie will soon be joined by her new co-stars John Malkovich and Jeffrey Donovan. Looks like she'll still get to stand tall as one of the few ladies working on the film. Hopefully that means we're in for a lot more visits from Brad (and their babies) to keep him top of mind.

Angie Stands Up A Date, But Brad Reschedules For Her

Brad Pitt took a little road trip to Germany while Angelina stayed back in Prague to finish up filming on Wanted. I guess school really is out for all their kiddies; it's been over a week since we saw Brad Dad walking any of the little ones to and fro. As for his beautiful counterpart, well, she's always making controversy everywhere she goes. Angelina made plans to meet with a Czech senator one evening when she was done shooting, but due to a filming rescheduling conflict she had to cancel. The senator got a little huffy about being stood up, so talked to the local paper about his disappointment. In response, Brad invited him to the Wanted wrap party later this week. Getting to see Brad and Angelina together's gotta beat a little meeting with just Angie, right?

Brad & Angie Ditch Venice (& Crazy Fans) For Deauville

Just like George, Brad and Angie took Jesse James (the full title of that movie is ridiculously long) right from Venice to the Deauville Film Festival. All of the little kiddies stayed at the hotel as mom and dad posed their way down another red carpet. Casey was adorable alongside Brad for the photocall, but his pregnant wife sat this one out. They all look fabulous and glamorous, but life must always be unimaginably crazy as some of the biggest movie stars in the world. Brad was definitely reminded of this in Venice when a fan got through security and tried to hug him. The video is below and the entire incident is over in a few seconds, but having the whole world feel like they can invade your space like that is pretty surreal.

Brad Still Rocking that Hat on Date Night with Angie

Well, someone was happy to see the photographers outside of their romantic dinner in Prague, now weren't they? I certainly don't think that their less than chipper attitude has anything to do with their relationship, just that they're annoyed with being followed. Smiles or not, Brad needs to get off this fedora kick. Bad. The Jolie-Pitts are in Prague while Angie films Wanted, but the movie we've been talking about forever, A Mighty Heart, is finally almost here. The first trailer has been released, and I have to admit that just watching that was enough to get me a little teary. Sure, I'm maybe a baby, but check it out for yourself here.

Brad and Angie - Family of the Year

Wow! This is bound to start fires but it looks like People Magazine has declared The Jolie-Pitts the family of the year. That and they realize the couple are sure to sell like crazy on the newsstand. While Angie is making the rounds promoting her latest film The Good Shepherd, she has suddenly changed from an extremely private person to a proud mother who can't stop talking about her family. In this weekend's issue of People, Angie takes us inside her life. People reports:

"I am the disciplinarian," she says. "Brad can be, but if Z doesn't get the bottle from me, she'll very quickly run to Daddy."

Asked which of the three kids rules the Jolie-Pitt roost, she says, "I bet if you asked Brad, he'd say Zahara. Mad is very smart, but he's got a certain sense of calm. Zahara is possibly the funniest person I've ever met in my life. So dramatic and creative and loud and charming. She's definitely the biggest personality in the house."

As parents, what makes them most proud? "Somebody said to us recently that they were happy kids, and we talked about how much that meant to us to hear. And they're good kids. God knows how we managed to do that – but they're good kids."

Jolie admits that their humanitarian and film work creates a somewhat nomadic existence for their family. "It's hard, and maybe one day we'll have to stay in one place," she says. "I'm sure (the kids are) going to be 18 and say, 'God, I just want to stay in one place.' They'll never want to leave home!"

Brad & Angie's Romance Over Sushi

While Brad and Angelina spent most of their weekend around Chicago with their little ones, Saturday night was date night for the couple who dined at Japonais. Brad's salt and pepper scruff makes him look a little older, but definitely still damn hot with Angie right behind him. Call me crazy but I still feel Brad can do no wrong in the looks department. That being said, he's a far cry from that adorable youthful boy in A River Runs Through It. Still, swoon city.

Brad and Angie Update

Brad was busy screaming at and firing an employee who dared to speak to Vanity Fair about him and Jennifer Aniston. He was furious that the Plan B executive spoke to VF with Jen's approval but not his. She was the one who said it would be "beyond painful" for Jen to see Brad and Angie have babies.

So it's been a month or so since those rumors started - can we start the pregnancy rumors again? Angie was out in NYC at the Peace One Day event and then shopping at a Rolex store. I think I might see a tiny bump around the belly area.
