A few members of the lovable cast of Gavin & Stacey were out at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards lunch yesterday, celebrating their well-deserved win for Best Comedy/Entertainment programme. Ruth Jones (Nessa) and Joanna Page (Stacey) looked gorgeous – I love Joanna's Warehouse dress. But where's Mathew Horne?

It started out as a blogging gig for a moms-to-be site, but 23-year-old Lynsee, a teacher from Minnesota, decided to take it a step further. Along with her mother, husband, and midwife, she's going to have a cameraman film her giving birth while it's broadcast on live television. (No graphic shots, however.)
Although her husband Anders was hesitant at first, he finally agreed to it.

Robbie Williams kicked off the BBC Electric Proms tonight with a gig that included several new songs from his new album Reality Killed the Video Star. It's been heralded by critics and guests as his official return to the stage, after a faltering performance on The X Factor a fortnight ago. Famous members of the audience included Sir Ian McKellen, Ant McPartlin, Declan Donnelly, Will Young, Geri Halliwell, Chris Evans and James Corden — who was shown in the BBC coverage dancing happily on the balcony.
