Halloween is just a few weeks away, and with it comes major temptation from all the bite-size candy floating around. I agree that a little nibble of chocolate is better than the whole bar, which is why the Halloween fun-size treats are so appealing. But do you know which ones are the worst for you?

Hershey's has just released a new seasonal kiss flavor: Candy Corn. I saw some in the Halloween display at Target and picked them up for the office to try.
The first thing I noticed was the smell: an overpowering in your face butterscotch-caramel odor, or as YumJimmy put it, "it smells like old people candy."

When it comes to Halloween, almost all of us are going to end up eating candy. That is just how the cookie crumbles. I've tried to let you guys know which candies are loaded with calories, but have you ever thought about which candies are the worst for your teeth?

Although I think every day should be about chocolate, yesterday was officially National Chocolate Day, so I gave myself permission to indulge a little more than usual. (Not that I needed a reason.)
Given that Americans consume tens of billions of chocolate a year in this country alone, I figured you could use a quiz on the candy. Do you know the tempting treat?

Halloween is all about light-hearted spookiness, but I'll tell you, I saw something shockingly scary at the grocery store — the labels on Halloween candy. Corn syrup, food coloring, and the worst, hydrogenated oil. Companies still use this type of trans fat even though we know it's been linked to heart problems, miscarriages, obesity, and belly fat.
