Idol Gives Back and Puts on a Big Show
We brought you pictures from the arrivals room earlier and now we've got some great shots from the Idol Gives Back show too, which took place yesterday at LA's Kodak Theater. Reese Witherspoon looked gorgeous as ever in a simple LBD, whereas Robin Williams went colourful in his sunshiney outfit. Brad Pitt had some technical difficulties with his microphone, but ever the professional he looked unfazed.
Stars Arrive for Idol Gives Back
A whole host of celebrities gathered at LA's Kodak Theater last night for the taping of Idol Gives Back. Singers dominated the arrivals room, with our own Geri Halliwell walking the carpet with her new man. I love Carrie Underwood's hair and makeup but I'm not sure about her dress — shimmering dream or splattering of child's vomit?
Couples Galore Join Elton on Oscars Night
Lots of stars from our side of the pond joined their fellow British celebrity Elton John for his 17th Annual AIDS Foundation Oscars Party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood last night. It was certainly an evening for couples, with Jordan and Peter Andre rubbing shoulders with Gordon and Tana Ramsay, who are putting their recent troubles behind them. American and British unions were also represented by Claire Danes and her fiance Hugh Dancy plus Mamma Mia costars and couple Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper.

Us Brits Are Amongst the American People's Choice!
Stars of the big and small screen got glam for the People's Choice Awards in LA last night. Carrie Underwood won three awards, and Paris Hilton and Jewel won me over with their pretty dresses. Nominees announcer Joshua Jackson wasn't in attendance unfortunately, but there were lots of other gorgeous guys to feast our eyes on.

Carrie Underwood's Waxwork: Fab or Freaky?
American Idol winner Carrie Underwood is the latest star to have a wax figure sculpted in her likeness. The country singer posed with her waxwork at Madame Tussauds in New York City yesterday, and even linked arms with it. We've seen a fair few waxworks in recent months, and I'd love to know what you think of this latest figure, so tell me: is Carrie Underwood's waxwork a fab likeness or just plain freaky?
Fashion Meets Rock, Creates Fire
The stars looked g-l-a-m on the red carpet, but it all got a little more rock 'n' roll when they hit the stage last night at the Fashion Rocks concert (remember the magazine supplement with J Lo on the cover?), part of NY Fashion Week. The annual event is thrown by Conde Nast and accompanied by an online charity auction. At the show, Jeremy Piven was MC to, as usual, some awesome on stage combinations - Fergie performed with both Ludacris and Aerosmith while Usher sang alongside Mary J.
Is Joe Simpson Already Trying to Find Jess' Next Man?
When Jessica Simpson goes casual, she goes casual, as evidenced here by her choice of garb while out seeing a movie and grabbing some froyo in LA yesterday. From the looks of the pictures, her romantic weekend in Cabo reconciling with John Mayer didn't go so well -- so I can't blame girlfriend for wanting to keep comfortable lounging, munching, and watching a flick. Plus even in sweats, she looks pretty killer.
Before the Grammy Party Was the Clive Davis Party
The Grammy Awards have come and gone, but before there were winners and losers, Clive Davis threw his annual bash for the beautiful and lucky nominees. Overall, everyone looked gorgeous as Ashlee Simpson continued to morph into someone else entirely (albeit a good looking someone else) and Rihanna showed off those famous curves (the dress may, in fact, be painted on). But seriously girls, can we lay off the Tang-inspired skin tone?
