If you can't get enough of Anthony Bourdain, know that there'll soon be even more to love. The food industry's most opinionated figure is now getting his own cartoon series.
The six-part animated web series, titled Anthony Bourdain's Alternate Universe, will reveal Bourdain's "personal and unique view of the world that lives in his imagination."

Seth MacFarlane is the cartoon king right now — Family Guy is still going strong, and its spinoff The Cleveland Show has already been picked up for a second season. But could Jonah Hill give him a run for his money?
The funny guy best known for his roles as the slacker friend is developing an animated show for Fox.

If there is one "boy" who has captured my daughter's heart, it is Thomas the Tank Engine. For whatever reason, most children fawn over the blue train and his entourage of carts. Though they lack much animation, the steely pals have made quite a name for themselves.

Why is it that so many celebrities resemble other celebrities? (I'm looking at you, Kristen Bell, Jennifer Aniston, and Lo Bosworth!) More importantly, though, why do so many celebrities look like muppets, cats, and cartoon characters? See some of my favorites by clicking "start slideshow."

The news of the Smurfs turning 50 this week has gotten me thinking about other favorite cartoons of my childhood. I used to love waking up super-early (I know!) to sneak in a few hours of cartoons before school or weekend activities, and I was particularly fond of She-Ra: Princess of Power and Jem and the Holograms. For a while, there were some great after-school cartoons going on, too, including DuckTales!
