Katie Price and Peter Andre Are Divorced

Katie Price and Peter Andre have been granted a divorce following a short hearing at the High Court today. The couple announced their separation in mid-May, and it is thought Peter filed for divorce first, but Katie also instructed her solicitors to take action leading to a situation known as cross decrees.

District Judge Bradley granted a decree nisi on the grounds the marriage had irretrievably broken down due to both parties' unreasonable behaviour. It is thought they have agreed a financial settlement and joint custody of Junior and Princess.

Peter spent yesterday evening at the TV Quick and TV Choice Awards in his new role as reporter for This Morning. He has denied he is in a relationship, while Katie is seeing Alex Reid.

Peter Andre Talks Music And Divorce On This Morning

Peter Andre made an appearance on This Morning today - a show he occasionally worked on with his estranged wife Katie Price - mainly to talk about his new music ventures. Of course the chat turned to the split, after Katie's much hyped interview that aired at the weekend. Peter said that although he thinks it would probably benefit him to talk about it, he's trying not to say anything because he knows that his children will look back on everything and he doesn't want it to affect them. He's obviously lost some weight since the split, and came across as polite and pretty dignified during the questions put to him, saying "there's more than one reason, there's more than five reasons" that the two of them split up and "I think what's done is done, and I think you have to move on" when asked if he and Katie would reunite.

Peter also said that he can't complain about the press attention since the split since they courted it during their relationship, and he's happy to "take it all", but he seemed pretty clear on what he did and didn't want to say. Check out his interview under the cut and let me know what you think.

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil Divorce

Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil were granted a divorce this morning at London's High Court. Neither Amy or Blake were present during the few minutes of proceedings before the divorce was granted.

Blake and Amy met in a bar in 2005 and married in Miami in May 2007, and Amy admitted her marriage was over in November last year, while Blake filed for divorce in January this year.

Lets hope that the two of them put their turbulent years together behind them and move on to brighter things.

Peter's Furious Over Katie's Interview With Piers

4.5million people in Britain tuned in to watch Katie Price's interview with Piers Morgan on Saturday night, during which she talked about her split with Peter Andre. Meanwhile Peter's reportedly furious that Katie apparently received £100,000 for the interview in which she revealed that she had a miscarriage weeks before the couple split, and will receive a reported £200,000 for a further interview and magazine shoot. As you can see from these photos, Katie spent the weekend with the kids, while Peter had a barbecue at home in Hove, and nearly half of you said you'd watch the interview on Saturday night. Will You Watch Katie Speak Out About Her Split With Peter?

Katie Price filmed an interview with Piers Morgan this week, and tonight it will air on ITV1 at 9pm. She's promised to reveal all about her split with husband Peter Andre, and one of the things she will talk about is the tragic miscarriage that happened a few weeks before the couple split. She was almost ten weeks into the pregnancy when she lost the baby, then a week later the couple ran the London Marathon together and a fortnight after that, announced their break up. Peter's spokeswoman has stated that he's "devastated and deeply disappointed" that she's spoken out about this private matter.
