It includes some newly engaged lucky ladies, some of our favorite past couples, and sadly some celebs who are no longer wearing their rocks. It's hard, but don't worry, we'll give you some clues - even though we have a feeling some of you won't even need them.

Dear Poll: What's Your Take on Promise Rings?

Ashlee Simpson has been sporting a diamond ring on her left ring finger, which has recently caused quite a stir. Theydebunked engagement rumors yesterday, setting the record straight and clearing up the confusion - the ring is actually a promise ring, not an engagement ring. Ashlee was quoted saying, "it just means that he (Pete Wentz) hasn't asked my dad yet."

This got me thinking - what's the point of buying an expensive ring to wear on the same ring finger as an engagement ring if you're not going to just pop the question? I mean isn't a promise ring just delaying the inevitable? Clearly I don't see the point in taking this step but what about you? What's your take on promise rings?

Katie Reveals Reason Behind Split, Says Pete's Still Interested

Katie Price and Alex Reid partied at Movida on Saturday night, celebrating Alex's cage-fighting victory earlier in the evening. Kate wore a heart-shaped ring on her left ring finger, leading to speculation they're engaged, but she is a fan of the bling so I'm not reading too much into it yet. Peter Andre, meanwhile, appeared on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross but didn't reveal much more about their divorce: watch the interview after the jump. Following Kate's revelation she was raped, more details emerged over the weekend, while Kate spoke about the reason behind her split with Pete in an interview with the News of the World's Fabulous magazine, saying: "Jealousy killed my relationship". She also spoke about Alex's influence on her fitness, whether Pete still loves her, and how she can never trust men. Here are the highlights:

On trust: "People need to be heartbroken. People need to hurt to know how to make themselves strong. I've been hurt in the past. That's probably why I dealt with the Pete thing so well. I never trust a man 100 per cent. I don't think anyone should."
On whether Pete still loves her: "You'll have to ask him. What I reckon is that it's all backfired on him, which is why he doesn't want to see me - because he's still got feelings. I'm the one who's been dumped, yet I'm quite happy to sit in a room with him and talk about the kids, no hard feelings. But he doesn't seem to want to sit in a room with me."

On Alex: "I'm happy with Alex. We clicked immediately. I like him around me. I love his family and he gets on with mine. He's perfect for me, although I'm not saying that marriage or children are on the cards. He's really committed to what he does and I love that about him."
On her new fitness regime: "I made a pact with myself that I'm not going out for a month. I'm challenging myself. I'm bored with going out now. Alex is like a medicine cabinet, all the vitamins he takes. He sees a Chinese doctor. I told Alex I'm going to make myself a guinea pig for a month. I'm going to eat the healthy food, take vitamins and see what difference it makes. So clubs and kebabs, as lovely as they are, are not going to happen."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Wears His Heart on His Finger

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has set tongues wagging that he's engaged, as he sported a ring on his engagement finger at U2's concert at Croke Park in Dublin yesterday. His girlfriend Reena Hammer also had a ring on her finger! My girl TresSugar wants to know whether you'd rather do, dump or marry Jonathan. He was spotted with Katie Larmour a month ago, but it looks like the pair are just friends as Jonathan continues to step out with Reena, who is the daughter of Ruby Hammer of the Ruby and Millie makeup brand. Jonathan celebrated his 32nd birthday yesterday, so perhaps the couple were also celebrating a new stage in their relationship too.
