Hairstylist Moulay Yacoubi of the Pierre Michel Salon in NYC, has styled the locks of celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, and Elizabeth Hurley; and when it comes to what's hot now, Yacoubi knows his stuff.
