No Doubt Suing Activision For Splitting Up the Band
Although Band Hero was just released with a star-studded lineup yesterday, and there's already word of legal trouble. No Doubt has filed suit against Activision, the maker of Band Hero, for using their likeness for songs they didn't record, as well as splitting up the band in different scenes which weren't approved. No Doubt's band manager Jim Guerinot explains:
The band [members] are bitterly disappointed that their name and likeness was taken and used without their permission.
Sienna and Balthazar Reunite For Manicures and Massages!
Sienna Miller was in a shaggy coat to walk her dog Bess in NYC yesterday, but her company this afternoon was a little more unexpected — she was spotted getting manicures and massages alongside none other than Balthazar Getty. The duo tried to go incognito and looked a little shaken up when they realized they'd been spotted. Sienna took off with Bess for another stroll, leaving Balthazar to head elsewhere in his Dodgers cap.
Kylie and Fergie Get Glamorous For Halloween
Kylie Minogue and Fergie entered into the spirit of Halloween at Club 57 in New York at the weekend and got dressed up just like lots of other stars in the US and the UK. Fergie chose Egyptian style as Cleopatra, Marc Jacobs was Robin to his friend's Batman, while Kylie and her man Andres Velencoso went as a couple of mime artists! The pals looked like they were having a fine time, although much has been made of Josh Duhamel's absence, even though his rep has denied rumours he cheated on Fergie with a stripper.

Jennifer Garner kicked off her Halloween in Boston with a morning outing alongside Violet and Seraphina. The girls had yet to be decked out in their costumes, but Violet was sporting a pair of shades from her fun sunglasses collection. The girls took turns in the stroller and getting carried by mom when Violet's little legs got tired.
Katie, Alex and Peter Enjoy Halloween Despite Threats
Katie Price and Alex Reid didn't hold back for Halloween, with Kate dressing as Catwoman and Alex showing his love of cross-dressing once again in lingerie and makeup for the Bloodlust Ball at Hampton Court House, while Peter Andre took Princess and Junior to a Halloween party in Shoreham. Kate and Alex reportedly had a row on their night out, but Kate took to Twitter on Sunday following letters threatening to kill her horses and messages on a mixed martial arts abusing Alex and threating the same action if Alex wears t-shirts relating to the sport. Kate tweeted: "dont attack my children, family, friends, horses and pete but you can attack me its fine go ahead i can take it but dont attack them thanks xx".
Sienna Has Love For Bess but Remains Just Friends With Jude
Sienna Miller and her dog Bess took a stroll through the West Village in NYC on Friday. Bess and Sienna have been all over town this week while rumors were circulating about Sienna and her former fiancé Jude Law. Law's rep commented on their current relationship saying, "Jude and Sienna are just friends and are seeing each other socially occasionally as they are both on Broadway, performing just one block apart."
Alba and Honor Prep For a Big Weekend With Big Smiles
Jessica Alba and Honor looked like they had a blast during another afternoon of shopping, this time in LA yesterday. With Halloween tomorrow, we've already seen one adorable costume on Honor and Cash tweeted that he's thinking of being Pee Wee Herman, but we'll have to wait and see what Jessica decides. Her friend Nicole Richie shot down Joel's idea for family themed costumes, but perhaps Jessica, Honor and Cash will wow us with coordinating looks.
