Dear Poll: Would Put Your Baby on Display?

There's always been some sort of weird fascination with celebrity babies. Since we most likely won't be receiving their baby announcement, the paparazzi will do almost anything to fulfill the public's curiosity surrounding what they look like. But could you imagine having to deal with all that hoopla right after giving birth? In my opinion, it makes much more sense to grant photo ops on your own terms - Remember Sarah Jessica Parker and Mathew Broderick being calmly photographed on the steps of their New York hospital after she gave birth to James Wilke?

Ladies, if you were a pregnant celebrity or a new mom like Halle, Jennifer, Christina, or Nicole, would you put your baby on display and let the paparazzi get their million-dollar shot ala SJP or would you try to keep your baby away from the spotlight for as long as possible?

Dear Poll: Do Celebs Have a Right to Fight Back?

We hear about celebrities yelling at the paparazzi all the time. Just this week it was Seal giving them a piece of his mind, but Cameron Diaz has done it and Justin Timberlake has too. Even Hugh Grant has made his opinion known, loud and clear. Whenever I see the shutterbugs swarming celebrities, I always feel badly for them. Sure, paparazzi comes with the territory, but when is enough, enough? Famous faces can't even grab a bite to eat without flashes practically blinding them!

I may sound like a softy, but I feel like everyone has a right to privacy. What's your take on this touchy subject? It seems that most people have no sympathy for celebrities, so do you think they have a right to fight back at the media, call them names, even let matters get physical every once in a while to protect themselves?

Madonna and Jesus Luz Getting Married Tonight?

My girlfriend just called me from Rio with some exciting Madonna rumor. She's staying in the same hotel as Madonna and Jesus Luz, and apparently the hotel is buzzing about the two of them getting married tonight! She is staying on the same floor as Madonna. The waiter told my girlfriend the big news and said, "It's the best day ever for the hotel!" There are about 40 paparazzi waiting outside the hotel who apparently want photos of her in her wedding dress. I hope we hear whether or not this is true soon, so exciting!

Paris Picks Pumpkins and Gears Up For Another Halloween

Paris Hilton had a self-proclaimed super busy and productive Wednesday in LA. She shopped in front of the paparazzi, attended meetings and stopped off at Mr. Bones pumpkin patch to pick up her Halloween decorations. On Tuesday night, she was among the attendees at the LA This Is It premiere, wearing a dress held together by oversized safety pins. While that wasn't officially a costume, it was quite a getup and we can expect more from her over the weekend as one of the top 10 Halloween loving celebrities!

Acne does not discriminate, now does it? I envy my friends who have the clearest, naturally pimple-free skin, wondering when I'm going to eventually be rid of my chin and jawline acne. Luckily, the majority of us don't have the paparazzi following us around to catch us, spots and all. Even celebrities get zits, and they've got something to say about it. Can you guess who said what about their own skin problems?

Motherhood: A Harried-Mom Tale That Often Feels Tired

When you have a parenting movie set in New York, you should know better than to expect a warm-'n'-fuzzy story about the joys of having kids. In fact, Motherhood is out to prove that mothers have it rough.

The film follows Eliza Welsh (Uma Thurman), a Manhattan writer dealing with a cramped apartment, busy husband, and side-street parking while raising her two kids. A day in her life feels like a really, really long 24 hours. Eliza runs around frantically trying to prepare for her 6-year-old's birthday while composing an essay for a parenting magazine contest and squeezing in a sample sale with her mommy friend Sheila (Minnie Driver). We know that Eliza was once a great writer, but when she had kids, she decided to give up her job to raise her family. Now, she's a shell of her former self in frumpy clothes and messy hair. Simply put, Eliza is dealing with the classic parent conundrum: how do you care for your kids and still retain something for yourself? The answer? It ain't easy.

Eliza doesn't try to feign martyrdom. In fact, she often whines about her plight in a way that screams, "I'm angry, dammit!" And at first, you're angry for her too. (No woman deserves to put up with all that she does.) But as the film goes on, Eliza's bitterness knocks you over the head, and you have to you wonder - is she like this every day? Yeesh.

Luckily we have Eliza's friend Sheila for some needed comic relief. Sheila is the cool single mom to the more neurotic Eliza - she mouths off cheeky one-liners and uses her son's motorized bath toy for her "alone time." Jodie Foster also delivers a hilarious cameo as a celebrity mom swearing at the paparazzi on the playground - aka, herself. Both women keep Eliza's "what-can-go-wrong-will-go-wrong" storyline from wearing too thin.

Mothers will probably identify with either Eliza or Sheila but what about the rest of us? While the actors perform well and the movie provides laughs for those who can relate (read: parents), most of the jokes don't feel fresh, and you've probably seen similar setups on shows like The Middle or In the Motherhood or any of the other dozens of family comedies in recent years. Props to the filmmakers for giving mothers their due, but if you're not one yourself, an hour and a half with Eliza may be enough to make you rush out of the theater and buy birth control.

Paris Thinks The Bible Is A Hot Read

In a last ditch attempt to make herself seem worthy of our pity and a judge's leniency, Paris bought some- "What do you call them?" - books. And not just any old books, she bought self-help books. Yep, she even broke down and bought the Bible (pronounced "Beeble"). Although she's still trying to make Hooked On Phonics work for her, this is NOT a publicity stunt. Paris is, like, totally serious about this reading trend.

Kidman Celebrates with Paparazzi

Nicole always gets such a bad rap as being a b*tch but it seems as if nothing is going to ruin her birthday and wedding week. The paparazzi sent her flowers earlier today for her birthday and sang to her via intercom. In return Kidman came out to thank them. Later that day she sent them a case of beer which is apparently a universal greeting of friendship in Australia. Sounds like things are going well down under.

Samantha's Birthday Doesn't Stop LL From Picking a Fight

Lindsay Lohan's hands were full as she left Samantha Ronson's house in LA yesterday. Today is Samantha's 32nd birthday, though things are tense as usual between the girls. After Lindsay was up twittering her frustrations when she couldn't find Sam on Wednesday, the girls were out together last night, which ended with Lindsay joking to the paparazzi about her causing their fights. Hopefully things are happier as they continue to celebrate Samantha's big day. Lindsay's been all about showing off her legs in short shorts recently, but make sure to enter Fab's contest with an original leggings design that could end up LL's 6126 collection!
