Cheryl Cole continues to spend time in Los Angeles as she works on material with Will.i.am. The Girls Aloud star is certainly getting in with west coast style as she shows off her designer accessories and funky wardrobe. Yesterday, she was spotted heading to a meeting in this eye catching Summer frock.

Cheryl Cole arrived back in London this week after partying in the US with Duffy at the Grammys. Cheryl arrived looking casual but in style with the latest Louis Vuitton it-bag, a funky printed t-shirt and dark skinny jeans. She added colour with a simple cardigan and patent heels.

It's been quite a year for Cheryl Cole as she has won over the public with her X Factor judging role and grown in to a style icon. Today she celebrates her 26th birthday and to mark the occasion I'm looking back at her style since she appeared on PopStars The Rivals in 2002.

Well, whilst I certainly have my eye on that one it seems that a new style battle is about to emerge between Cheryl and Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly.

Beauty Byte: Cheryl Cole and L'Oreal Get Blasted For Illusory Ad
The complaints are pouring in (13 of them to be exact) to the Advertising Standards Authority about the misleading images for the newest L'Oreal Elvive Full Restore 5 haircare products commercial and print adverts starring Cheryl Cole.
People feel that since Cheryl is wearing hair extensions in the ads, they aren't being portrayed as true. However, the complaints have so far been rejected based on the disclaimer in the commercials and the print ads that states that Cheryl's hair is "styled with some natural extensions."

Girls Aloud had plenty to smile about this weekend as they partied in London to celebrate their current number one. X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole was working her girl-next-door brand of pretty as she left GMTV studios in London this morning, not looking worse for wear in the slightest. I much prefer Cheryl's daytime style as sometime her evening look is a little too over the top for my taste.

Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding celebrated their 28th birthdays at Sarah's club Kanaloa in London this weekend, and were joined by band mates Nicola Roberts and Cheryl Cole. Cheryl brought hubby Ashley along (as well as her mum!) and the couple put on a united front following reports of problems in their marriage.
