Beauty Byte: Cheryl Cole and L'Oreal Get Blasted For Illusory Ad

The complaints are pouring in (13 of them to be exact) to the Advertising Standards Authority about the misleading images for the newest L'Oreal Elvive Full Restore 5 haircare products commercial and print adverts starring Cheryl Cole.

People feel that since Cheryl is wearing hair extensions in the ads, they aren't being portrayed as true. However, the complaints have so far been rejected based on the disclaimer in the commercials and the print ads that states that Cheryl's hair is "styled with some natural extensions." This, however, is not appeasing the public, as they don't feel this message is clearly portrayed.

What are your thoughts on these complaints? Do you think that L'Oreal should have been more up front about Cheryl's hair extensions so that people don't think they can have hair just like hers if they use the new Elvive Full Restore 5 range, or do you think that by including the disclaimer they have been responsible?

Girls Gather to Celebrate Kimberley and Sarah's Birthdays

Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding celebrated their 28th birthdays at Sarah's club Kanaloa in London this weekend, and were joined by band mates Nicola Roberts and Cheryl Cole. FabUK has the lowdown on what the girls were wearing and also wants to know: which member of Girls Aloud was best dressed? Cheryl brought hubby Ashley along (as well as her mum!) and the couple put on a united front following reports of problems in their marriage. Sugababes Amelle Berrabah, Heidi Range and Jade Ewen, Henry Conway, Kimberly Wyatt, Kris Marshall and X Factor choreographer Brian Friedman also attended. Both Sarah Harding and Kimberley Walsh celebrated their 28th birthdays at Sarah's latest project – her London club Kanaloa. John & Edward are the Seventh Act to Leave The X Factor!

It was George Michael week on The X Factor, with the finalists singing a mix of his solo material and songs from his Wham! days. Susan Boyle and Mariah Carey performed on tonight's show, where we also found out that the finalists' charity single for Great Ormond Street Hospital - "We Are not Alone" - is number one in the charts! On Sunday night's show Olly Murs and John & Edward were given the news that they were in the bottom two of the public vote this week.

Simon, Cheryl and Dannii voted for John and Edward to go, while only Louis voted for Olly to leave. This leaves Louis with no acts left in the competition. What do you think - did they deserve to leave the competition?

Emotional Robbie Finally Reunites With Take That On Stage

As expected, Robbie Williams joined his old Take That band mates on stage at the Royal Albert Hall last night as part of the Children In Need concert. It was the first time in 15 years Robbie had performed alongside Howard, Mark, Gary and Jason, and he was understandably emotional and was in tears. Although Robbie and Take That didn't perform a song as a five-piece, they did sing together in the show's finale performance of "Hey Jude" alongside Paul McCartney and the other acts who performed on the night, like Leona Lewis. Cheryl Cole performed with Snow Patrol, Lily Allen joined Take That for "Shine", and Shirley Bassey and Dizzee Rascal sang together. Check out video of Robbie's TT reunion after the jump!

Rachel Adedeji is the Fourth Act to Leave The X Factor

It was Rock week on The X Factor this week, where Lucie Jones looked rather like Kristen Stewart during her performance of "Sweet Child of Mine" and John & Edward divided opinion yet again with their version of "We Will Rock You"! Danyl Johnson's confidence was very obviously knocked by being in the bottom two last week, and his performance was pretty shaky, but the public brought him back. Bon Jovi and JLS performed on tonight's show as we waited for the results, which brought surprisingly bad news for Rachel Adedeji and Lloyd Daniels, who were the bottom two in the public vote after their performances on Saturday.

Rachel was in the bottom two for the third time, and Lloyd has been sick this weekend and his voice cracked a few times during his performance tonight. Dannii and Louis voted to save Rachel, while Cheryl and Simon vote to save Lloyd, taking it to deadlock. Rachel was then announced as the act that would leave due to the public vote. John & Edward "We Will Rock You" - Amazing or Awful?

It's Rock week on The X Factor this week - in honour of Bon Jovi performing tonight! After John & Edward's attention grabbing performances like "Oops I Did It Again" in previous weeks, they got everyone talking with their performance of "We Will Rock You". It definitely resembled the 5ive version more than the Queen version, but they were put through a lot of choreography again by Brian Friedman. The Grimes twins were also covered in guyliner, with black streaks in their hair to rock things up a bit! Their singing wasn't great and they were totally out of time during one section, but they certainly entertained - what did you think?

Cheryl Cole's Saturday night ensembles are pretty much the main draw for me watching The X Factor. I can't wait to see what she'll wear next and this weekend she did not disappoint stepping out in an Atelier Versace white gown and Cartier headpiece. On Sunday, she wore Julien Macdonald before leaving the studios in a leather clad ensemble. She added colour to her look with a hot pink leopard print Odette handbag (£1,625) by Jimmy Choo.
