2010 Grammy Awards Trend: Long, Dramatic Gowns
The 2010 Grammy Awards took place overnight in Los Angeles celebrating some of the biggest names in American music. The red carpet was packed with stars including Beyonce Knowles, Nicole Kidman, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. Whilst looking through the red carpet images I noticed a lot of floor sweeping gowns – many with dramatic hemlines.

The 2010 Grammy Awards red carpet brought angelic looks from some of the night's biggest stars — Carrie Underwood and Rihanna both stood out in white after bringing a bit of shimmer and color to Clive Davis's bash the night before. Katy Perry brought her fiance Russell Brand and an "Indian Bettie Page Princess" dress for the big night. Beyonce's nude number didn't earn a ton of fans, though she was one of the night's big winners!

Alexa Chung was among the celeb guest at the Chanel couture show at Paris Fashion Week yesterday, looking lithe in her cream dress and her chunky clogs as she posed inside and outside the venue. Claudia Schiffer and Charlotte Gainsbourg were also in the front row, Claudia wore an eye catching bright yellow dress, while Charlotte dressed down in jeans. There was no one more eye catching than the lady on Kanye West's arm, Amber Rose, who always dresses to impress.
