Glamourous gowns were on fine display at the Fashion Dinner for AIDS at Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris last night. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy was joined by Lou Doillon, Dita Von Teese, Milla Jovovich and Misha Barton, who went from the haute couture shows to the dinner table. Gorgeous Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger brought their love affair from the streets of New York to the banqueting halls of Paris, while Clemence Poesy and newly engaged Vanessa Paradis looked happy to be in their home country.

Who, what, where (or wear)? These are the questions people had running through their heads when the Spring Fashion Weeks were in effect. We were mostly focusing on the clothes rather than who dominated the front rows, but let us also dissect the guests.

Emma Watson wasn't the only Harry Potter star to attend Paris Fashion Week. Clemence Poesy, who plays Fleur in the films, attended several shows in her home city to see the Spring collections. Showing off her chic casual style with natural make-up and messy hair Clemence looked laid-back yet stylish.

The premieres, press conferences and parties continued in full force at Cannes yesterday. Gorgeous Jim Sturgess promoted his future movie Heartless with co-star Clemence Poesy at a photocall, and Monica Bellucci and Jackie Chan were also both out separately during the day promoting their latest projects. As always the evening injected a little more glamour into proceedings, with the Two Lovers premiere attended by star Gwyneth Paltrow (on Valentino's arm) and Diddy.

Gap has long been known for choosing an eclectic mix of well-known A-listers and up-and-comers to star in their advertising campaigns. I already informed you about Ginnifer Goodwin's involvement in the upcoming Fall campaign, but the list goes on and on.
Actors Liv Tyler (who has modeled for the brand before, left), Hugh Dancy, Fabcon Clemence Poesy, Catalina Moreno, Edgar Ramirez, and photographers Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) and Ryan McGinley are also featured in the ads, which will launch this Summer.Rounding out the list are Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, Fab Face Chanel Iman, screenwriter David Benioff, Visionaire founder Cecilia Dean, and Misshapes DJ Leigh Lezark.

Fab is obsessed with the French as of late. French food and wine has been a long time favorite, but lately, Frenchies seem to be stealing the fashion spotlight. Move over Brits!

While In Bruges kicked off Sundance with its world premiere, it's still got the rest of the world to meet, including last night's NYC screening. Of course, Colin Farrell was out to show off his film (and his hot accent) though something about that fedora is so not working for me. That being said, he won me over entirely talking about his son last fall and again recently saying, "I really hope if he’s anything of me he’s whatever the best of me is."
