Beauty Byte: Puma's Creative Director Runs To Fragrances
News just broke that designer Hussein Chalayan has an itch to branch out beyond footwear, clothing and furniture. The Creative Director behind Puma's awesome and funky trainers, (and other various unique garment concepts) has decided to venture into the fragrance arena for the first time.
His first stop is at Comme des Garcon, where it has just been confirmed that he'll be developing the bottle and the packaging concept for the brand's upcoming scent.

Cologne: Not Just For Guys
It's not too often that we see female celebrities creating male colognes, but Kylie Minogue is about to play a little role reversal with the launch of her latest fragrance, Inverse for Men ($42). The cologne, inspired by the "complex, colorful" men in Kylie's life, launches in September in Australia, the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany.
The amber-oriental scent will feature top notes of frozen lavender, blood mandarin, and warm spices; middle notes of benzoin, heliotrope, nutmeg, and tonka beans; and base notes of labdanum resin, skin musk, patchouli leaves, condensed milk, and atlas cedarwood.
New Product Alert: Stephen Jones Fragrance
Fashion darling and milliner to the stars, Stephen Jones, has announced a new fragrance collaboration with cutting edge fashion label Comme des Garçons.
This will be Stephen Jones's first leap into fragrance, although he has been collaborating on other millinery projects with Comme des Garçons founder Rei Kawakubo, for the last two decades.
"I've always loved Comme des Garçons fragrances - I think I might have been the very first person in England to buy one," the designer told Vogue.
