Were You Ever Attracted to Bad Boys?

With her rocker eyeliner, all-black wardrobe, and perfected eye roll, Gossip Girl's Jenny Humphrey isn't exactly fitting in with the prissy kids at her prep school. It's obvious that she needs a bad boy by her side, and on last night's episode that's just what she gets.

Jenny meets up with a Belgian diplomat's son, who happens to be drug pusher. She seems turned on or at least intrigued by his rebellious side and ends up helping him with some sales. Luckily, original bad boy Chuck Bass (they know his name even in Europe) is there to save Jenny from the dangers of drugs. But now that she's had a taste of the fast life, I suspect she'll be back for more, especially since she already has the wardrobe.

Although Jenny's appearance in the episode is otherwise pointless, it did remind us that sometimes we can be attracted to bad boys - even if it's completely stupid. Have you ever had a thing for troublemakers?

When I was a kid, I had the pink striped monogrammed beanbag chair from Lillian Vernon that every other child in America had. It was indulgently comfortable, and the perfect size for a little girl like me, but it certainly didn't win any design awards. Even if you have a chic bean bag chair, I think we should leave the oversize, polypropylene-filled cushions to the kids or the students. They're perfect for 90210's student lounge, where comfort, not design, is the aim. Do you have one?

Leighton, Blake, and Chace Do NYC While Ed Californicates

The Gossip Girl kids were up bright and early this morning to continue work on their third season in NYC. Blake Lively filmed a few scenes opposite Chace Crawford, while Leighton Meester and new addition Hilary Duff made the trek from their trailers to the set. One person not around was Ed Westwick, though you can get a sneak peek at his upcoming appearance on Californication over at Buzz. There are only a few more weeks before the Upper East Siders return to the CW with all their drama yet to come.

Taylor Momsen matched her dramatic red lips with her dress at the opening of Sephora in Times Square on Thursday. Miss Momsen had a big week that included her 16th birthday as we got a peek inside her grown-up life thanks to her Teen Vogue interview. Even if Taylor doesn't like to associate with high school kids in real life, she's going to have to fake it for the next season of Gossip Girl - which apparently will include a cameo from fellow CW star Tyra Banks.

How I'd Wire Serena van der Woodsen For Brown

The kids of Gossip Girl aren't really kids anymore, as they're about to embark on their first years at college. I'm having fun imagining how I'd outfit them for gadgets and accessories - Blair Waldorf's wiring kicked me off, and now I'm turning to the California casual New Yorker Serena van der Woodsen.

S is headed to Brown University (though I have a feeling that won't last, with all her friends staying in the city for school), and it's been hinted that her bohemian nature will be out in full force.

Taking into account that and her already boho-chic nature and style, I've put together the tech and tech accessories that Serena would do well to tote with her to Providence.
