Paris Fashion Week Continues To Attract Stylish Celebs!

While Kate Moss, Jamie Hince, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have been making Paris Fashion Week a rather romantic few days so far, there are lots of other celebrities also making the rounds to check out all the shows. Sophie Dahl and Daisy Lowe caught up at the Louis Vuitton show, while Sophie's man Jamie Cullum attended the afterparty alongside Freida Pinto and Zoe Saldana. Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester also flew over for the LV show, while Renee Zellweger attended the Miu Miu show alongside Leigh Lezark. Dita von Teese and Nelly Furtado sat front row at the Elie Saab show - Paris is definitely the place to be right now!

Brad, Angie, and Rob Make For One Glourious Red Carpet

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepped out on the red carpet this morning for the much-anticipated premiere of Inglourious Basterds at Cannes. It's always such a treat to see Angelina mixing it up from basic black, and she added a touch of drama with her super red lips and daring slit, which showed off her sexy legs - what do you think of her look? Brad kept it simple in his tux, while Diane Kruger made sure to stand out in her white Marchesa gown.

A coiffed Robert Pattinson was an added bonus, fitting right in with the other gorgeous stars after looking hot all by himself yesterday. It's an extra good day for the young hot star - Rob just added a new movie role to his schedule. Also making sure to not miss out on the biggest premiere of the festival was Paris, who remained attached at the hip with Doug.

How To: Flawless Foundation Like Kate Moss and Dita Von Teese

As the days and nights get colder that fresh-faced, just-a-touch-of-tinted-moisturiser look simply won't cut it anymore. It's time to get serious and sort out your foundation. I've found that this is one beauty product that most of us are willing to fork out for, yet it's still tricky to get right.

We've all had bad colour matches or sloppy formulas from foundation but luckily the new breed of products aim to put an end to that. My current favourite is Chanel Lift Lumiere Firming and Smoothing Fluid Makeup (£34). It has an SPF15 to protect the skin, plus the fantastic creamy texture means it just glides on. It's ideal if you're looking to sculpt your face and show off your cheekbones.

Whether you prefer a strong look like Dita Von Teese or more natural glow like Kate Moss, there are some simple, yet effective, new rules for applying base. For my expert tips on getting a flawless look, just read more.

The most common mistake is over applying foundation. Even Dita Von Teese who wears full foundation doesn't make it look like a mask. Work with the skin's natural texture and allow it to show through.
These days base is more about adding a sheen to the skin rather than covering everything up. Mix your foundation with a little moisturiser if you want a lighter look like Kate.
When shopping for foundation test a dot on your chest. The colour here is purer than your face (and not so pale as on your neck) and will give a more accurate match.
Always apply foundation quickly and lightly using fingertips. Smooth even strokes will stop the colour looking clogged.
Once you've applied your base dust a little translucent powder over the top, even if your foundation is ultra light. This stops shine and gives that natural-looking glow for which Kate is famed.

Agyness, Alex, Reese and Jake Get Closer At Coachella

The Coachella music festival kicked off in California on Friday, with a mix of international celebs performing and in the audience. Agyness Deyn showed that she and Alex Greenwald (from Phantom Planet) are more than just good friends as she and got up close with her new man, as well as hanging out with friends Remi Nicole, Henry Holland and Nick Grimshaw. A-list couple Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal also made their way around the site hand in hand, while Kate Bosworth looked stylish as she wandered with her man James Rousseau.

Joss Stone performed on Saturday, as well as taking in some of the other bands' performances, and style icon Chloe Sevigny was trying to make the socks and sandals look fashionable again! Dita Von Teese put the glamour on hold in her cute printed dress, while Paris Hilton - fresh from the UK - clung on to her man Doug Reinhardt, and David Hasselhoff protected his famous face from the rays in a big hat.

Seventh on Sale Is Super Stylish

The Olsens, the Kates, Eve, Dita, Liv, Jennifer Connelly and more came out in support of Seventh on Sale last night in NYC. The ultra all white Olsen look was an excellent contrast to many of the deep colors or all-black attires. MAC ladies, Eva and Dita went glam and gold while Jennifer and Kate went red. Once again Kate Moss makes anything look amazingly stylish. Fashion designers like MJ, DVF and Francisco Costa were also in attendance. Blake Lively lived it up like a real Gossip Girl who gets to attend events with Anna Wintour. Seems a bit more Blair-like than Serena but we're loving it!

The dinner gala took place at NYC’s 69th Regiment Armory. The event is in support of 7thonsale which is an auction on eBay or shopping in store in NYC for designer clothes and items worn by celebrities. 100% of the proceeds go to those in need of help living with HIV and AIDS. Sounds like a great cause so it's no wonder it has so many supporters.

Bella & Dita Talk High School, Lipstick and MAC

Dita Von Teese looked perfectly pristine unveiling her new PETA ad campaign in Hollywood this week. Never a hair out of place with her. Speaking of which, our very own Bella got a chance to sit down and chat with Dita when she was recently in SF with MAC's Viva Glam campaign. In the video Dita looks, as expected, amazingly gorgeous and composed - what I didn't expect is that she does all of her own hair and make-up for her appearances! No wonder she's got a beauty book coming out. Watch Bella's interview here, it'll probably make you love Dita even more than you already do. It certainly did for me.

I would never dare to suggest that we only make ourselves look beautiful to attract the attention of men, but let's face it, it's always nice to be noticed for the right reasons. While red lips and long blonde hair are often easily dismissed as male-magnet cliches; in terms of evolution we are genetically programmed to find certain traits attractive. A symmetrical face, for example, is well known to signal healthiness while a recent survey showed that men find women with 'typically feminine' faces more attractive.

While I'm a great believer in celebrating your own individual beauty and also experimenting with different looks for fun, not to hook a man, it's intriguing to know which beauty tools you can use in your armour to be utterly irresistable to the opposite sex. Just read more for the scientific approach to seductive beauty:

Wear makeup. The link between attractiveness and hormone levels in a woman is lost when we wear makeup and scent. However, according to the Independent both men and women judge full facial makeup to be more attractive in a woman than wearing no makeup at all. As if we needed an excuse!
Darken your eyes. Apparently the most beautiful women have a strong contrast between the darkness of their eyes and the paleness of the surrounding skin. Make like Dita von Teese and play up your eyes with dark liner and lashings of mascara.
Shine on. Full, kissable lips are currently idealised partly due to Hollywood stars like Angelina Jolie. Men generally favour full-lipped women so fake it with an optical illusion lip gloss like Boots 17 Ultimate Volume Lipgloss, (£3.79). Alternatively, a dab of good old-fashioned Vaseline, (36p), will do the trick.
Ditch the lipstick. Apparently full eye-makeup and foundation are thought to be most attractive, while lipstick is not necessarily considered an enhancement to beauty.
Confidence is still the best weapon of seduction and it matters much more than body shape. Take up a confidence-boosting activity like yoga which also improves posture.

Charlize Breaks From Hancock to Battle With Stuart

Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend cozied up for the cameras to show off their documentary Battle in Seattle at a screening in LA yesterday with the likes of Matthew McConaughey and Camila. While they managed to keep it G-rated on the red carpet, Stuart joked that Charlize had to sleep with him in order to win a role in his movie, to which she replied, "You’re still making me sleep with you.” His lady may be happy to playfully flirt with co-star Will Smith on those Hancock red carpets, but it sounds like Charlize is still having the most fun with her main man.
