There were so many celebrities making the rounds on Halloween, but just as in years past, some had outfits that were a cut above the rest. Whether they hit the town to party or had a fun night trick-or-treating, it looks like some adults had as much fun as their kids. So, tell us what you think — who was the best dressed on Halloween?

Since dresses and skirts are up to 50 percent off, I didn't even have to choose between this one and a long-sleeve version.
