My pal likes to bring Io to the DIY bath station at a local pet shop but complained to me that her dog's collar always gets all wet (during the washing process) and smelly (during the drying process). So I recommended this chic Dublin Dog version instead.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Goes From Paris to Dublin With Love

Jonathan Rhys Meyers signed autographs for fans during a break in filming The Tudors in Dublin yesterday. He has flecks of grey in his hair and beard as he's playing an older Henry VIII in this final series, and was joined on set by his final wife, Joely Richardson. During the breaks between filming the series, Jonathan has been busy with film projects, and the trailer for his latest movie From Paris With Love has just been released: check it out after the jump. Jonathan stars as a low-ranking intelligence operative who partners with an American spy (John Travolta) who's in Paris to stop a terrorist attack, and the film is due out in 2010.

Movie Preview: Amy Adams in Leap Year

You can rarely accuse a romantic comedy of being original, and the set up for Leap Year is no different. Amy Adams stars as Anna, a woman who's waiting for her boyfriend (Adam Scott) to propose when she learns that according to Irish tradition, women are "allowed" to propose to men on February 29, leap day. She chases him to Dublin and when she's diverted to Wales, meets a handsome stranger (Matthew Goode) who makes her rethink her scheme and relationship. Stop groaning.

I know the movie sounds cliche and sexist, yet I can't dismiss anything with Adams in it - her charm is just too powerful! Seriously, though, amid the mildly offensive plot details and too-familiar setting (how many times have we seen that stuck-in-the-road-while-cows-cross scene?), Adams still shines along with her freakishly dreamy foil, Matthew Goode. Jonathan Rhys Meyers is Doing Fine

Jonathan Rhys Meyers enjoyed a night off from filming The Tudors on Friday. The ladies' man was joined by Katie Larmour at Bang Café in Dublin, having looked very close with Reena Hammer at the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Gala Dinner just a couple of weeks ago. While his personal life is confusing, Jonathan made it clear that he's doing well after reports of a trip to rehab in February, saying: "I'm okay, there's no need to worry, I'm doing fine". I'm pleased to hear that one of my favourite Irish actors is feeling so positive, and looking so handsome!

In the Spotlight: Watch Good Dog of Watchmen's Goode

Admittedly, I don't know much about superhero movies . . . but I know quite a bit about super cute smooshies. For those of you just as (un) comic book savvy as I am, the movie, Watchmen, is based on a series of the same name and was adapted to the big screen by acclaimed director, Zack Snyder. As far as the plot goes, my quick research revealed there are good guys and bad guys, including Matthew Goode.

OK that was my long winded way of introducing this cute Boxer puppy. The lucky twosome got a cab to transport them from somewhere in Dublin to somewhere else in Dublin – not always the easiest thing to do with a larger dog! I can't wait to see more of this pup but check out their Irish car trip in the photos below.

Take That Join Jonathan And Continue Their Circus Tour

Take That are touring the UK at the moment with their Circus Live tour, and Jason Orange, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen are putting their all into the shows and getting some fantastic reviews. Between the spectacular shows, the boys get some downtime, pictured here outside their Dublin hotel on Saturday as they headed to the venue. Support act James Morrison has admitted he's not really a fan of the band, saying: "I'm not a Take That kind of guy. We didn't have a beer and we just had a quick chat before the show. But fair play - the dance and unicycle routines are amazing!" Jonathan Ross proved he was a fan on Friday night's show, as he talked about their cycling skills and gave all four men a kiss, check out the videos under the cut!

Jimmy Joins David For a Day in Dublin

David Walliams has certainly not been lonely during his stint in No Man's Land at Dublin's Gate Theatre thanks to visits from Matt Lucas and Louis Walsh and now Jimmy Carr. The comedians were spotted strolling in the Irish city together, as Jimmy was performing at the Olympia in Dublin over the weekend as part of his standup tour. David will be returning to our TV screens soon, as the US version of Little Britain will be shown in the UK after its premiere in the States on HBO at the end of this month. The show is already causing controversy Stateside, being condemned by American gay rights groups. Are you interested in this new series?

Role Model Paul Rudd Arrives In Ireland

Paul Rudd was in Dublin last night at a special screening of his new movie Role Models. He co-wrote and stars in the film alongside Seann William Scott and Elizabeth Banks, and the movie out in the UK on Friday. I sometimes find it hard to believe that he's the same guy I had a crush on in Clueless back in the 90s! He's become the go to guy for comedies, with I Love You, Man coming up, in which he stars with his Forgetting Sarah Marshall costar Jason Segel. Are you loving Paul Rudd as much as I am?

Paris and Mischa: Groupies on Different Islands

Paris Hilton can breathe a sigh of relief - Mischa Barton can't steal that limelight Paris loves as their boyfriends' bands have parted ways. Rooney finished their stint supporting Good Charlotte on Sunday night, so while Paris enjoyed her last bit of London life with Benji, Mischa was in her mother's country enjoying a stroll through Dublin with Taylor. It's a shame we didn't get to see the stars battle over camera time: after all, Mischa loves a photo op as much as Paris. I wonder who would have won...
