Kirsten Dunst Opens Up About All the Good Things

Kirsten Dunst got back to nature for the cover of December's Allure. She's out and about discussing her upcoming film with Ryan Gosling, All Good Things, which we caught a lot of them filming last year in NYC. Kirsten sat down to chat about her occupation, her thoughts on Twilight after starring in Interview With the Vampire, and her romantic status. Here's more:

On loving vampires: "I watch True Blood. I love vampire stuff-it’s sexy. There’s a danger element, and it’s sensual, what they do. I love the movie Twilight. It satisfies the 14-year-old girl in you."
On being born an actress: "A kid doesn’t come out being, like, 'I’m going to be an actor' . . . I think everyone is born with natural abilities, and it just happened that mine is something I got famous for."
On her ex, Jake Gyllenhaal: "It would be nice to see him, but we’re not good friends."
On her current romantic status: "If I had a beau now, I wouldn’t say. Until I’m married, and even then, why?"

Kirsten Dunst Brings Her Yankees Pride West

Kirsten Dunst arrived at LAX on Friday, but it looks like she left her heart back on the East Coast - she sported a cap honoring the World Series-winning Yankees. She wasn't able to join Kate Hudson and A-Rod to celebrate the victory, but Kirsten seemed happy enough as she went about her travels. Kirsten's in California after spending her Halloween with friends in the Big Apple, though she won't be surrounded by quite as many fellow fans out West.

Kirsten Makes Her Way Around the City After Halloween

Kirsten Dunst took a solo stroll on the streets of Manhattan on Tuesday. It seems like she's been spending most of her time in the Big Apple recently, which makes sense considering she put her LA home up for sale a few months ago. Kirsten spent her Halloween holiday partying with her East Coast pals - she dressed up like Jodie Foster's character in Taxi Driver and was even spotted deep in conversation with Hugh Grant during a stop at the Rose Bar.

Today held another round of runway shows at New York Fashion Week as the stars tirelessly head out to Bryant Park to see the latest fashions. Rachel Bilson supported her good friend Brian Reyes and his Spring collection. Kirsten Dunst laughed in the front row of the Rodarte show which displayed Native American looks. Kristin Cavallari showed off her sexy black dress with a cutout back at the Walter presentation as many other celebrities like Nicky Hilton, Amanda Bynes and of course Anna Wintour checked out the scene.

Kirsten Dunst Smiles Her Way Through Her Testimony

Kirsten Dunst wore all black and a smile as she left the NYC Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. She took the stand to testify about being robbed in 2007, when thieves stole personal items from her hotel room while she was in the city filming How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. Her costar Simon Pegg was also in the courtroom to give a statement about his iPod and digital camera being taken, but the jury's still out as to whether he and Kirsten will see their alleged burglars face justice.

Demi and Kirsten Take a Turn Behind the Camera

Demi Moore recovered from her plane drama in time to appear at the opening night of the Hollyshorts festival on Thursday night in LA. She was there to support her short piece Streak, which also brought out some of her A-list pals at a screening last year. Kirsten Dunst was on hand to present her Welcome, after actually premiering it nearly two years ago. She took another break from acting to make a documentary, though she'll be back as a leading lady when she starts work on Spider-Man 4.

Mary-Kate, Ashley, and Kirsten Celebrate an Opening in Tokyo

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made the trek from Canada to Japan to attend a bash celebrating Opening Ceremony's store in Tokyo on Saturday. What do you think about their ears - freaky or fabulous? They were joined by Kirsten Dunst, who traveled in from LA to pose with one of the shop's owners Humberto Leon, along with Jason Schwartzman and his new wife Brady Cunningham. Jason even took part in a special film for the new location, which features many of the company's special collections - including those with Pendleton and Chloe Sevigny. One of the next stops for MK and Ashley will be NYC, where they'll participate in Fashion's Night Out in two weeks.

Kirsten's Ready For a Fifth or Sixth Go

Kirsten Dunst balanced her many bags on her way out of LAX on Thursday. She's off on a trip after spending some time at her LA home, where she accidentally tripped a silent alarm earlier this week. Fortunately there was no emergency, leaving Kirsten able to focus on her film endeavors. Her upcoming Spiderman 4 is in its second round of rewrites and the studio has apparently hired people to work on scripts for the fifth and sixth films in the popular franchise.

Get the Look: Kirsten Dunst's Outdoor Lounge

We've been talking a little bit about outdoor furniture lately, now that Summer is approaching. I've been grappling with whether or not I like truly "decorated" outdoor spaces. Seeing the outdoor lounge of Kirsten Dunst's Nichol Canyons home, which is on the market, I'm convinced. Dunst has used bright, solid-colored outdoor upholstery, which isn't as tiring and fleeting as patterns can be. A pair of patterned pillows are easy to switch out. Her outdoor sofa has a little flair with curved arms, but it's still understated. Like one would decorate a living room, she hasn't chosen a furniture set for this space, but thrown some white, vintage chairs in the mix to give it personality. It's no secret that Kirsten Dunst is an arbiter of style. I'm always eager to see which casual, offbeat apparel she appears in next. So, it comes as no surprise that her home is equally as hip and unique as her wardrobe. Dunst has put her 2,062-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, midcentury, Nichols Canyon home on the market for $1.7 million. Once you get past her massive gates and state-of-the-art security, you're greeted with the inviting Hallworth Designs retreat. The interiors are a succinct blend of comfortable luxuries like heated floors, pitched ceilings, and exposed beams, which parallels her relaxed style. You'll find midcentury and traditional furnishings throughout in an understated palette - very mature and restrained. It manages to look very in vogue despite the lack of trendy pieces. I can't quite put my finger on what's so stylish about these digs, so you'll have to see photos for yourself when you read more.
