I'd be interested in seeing what her snacks are like. I like the idea of organic snacks that are 100 calories or less, but can't you just eat an organic apple or some organic grapes instead of paying a ton for a granola bar? Gotta hand it to Liz, though, she's one heck of an entrepreneur. I'm sure people will buy her snacks like hotcakes.
1Like you said, Spectra, she's got a great business plan - people will eat this up (pun intended, hahaha). And good for her, moving her son out of the paparazzi's eye - how horrible, taking photos of a naked little boy.
