Emma Watson's campaign with Burberry was a huge success and boosted the star's profile in the fashion world. She has since moved across the Atlantic to attend Brown University, but it seems she is still rubbing shoulders with the fashion elite. Earlier this week she was spotted at an ice hockey game in New York with Spanish rock star Rafael Cebrian and Yves Saint Laurent creative director Stefano Pilati. The meeting has prompted rumours of a collaboration between the two. Natalia Vodianova has already been connected with the Spring campaign, but the Autumn shows will come around quicker than you think. Meanwhile, rumours are swirling that Emma will again be the face of Burberry for Spring 2010. Would you like to see this?

Burberry to Launch Its Own Cosmetics Line

If you already love your Burberry trench, scarf, bikini, and handbag, get ready to add makeup to your collection, because WWD is reporting that the company has just announced the colors for its cosmetics line, which is slated to arrive in July 2010. Philippe Benacin, chairman and managing director of Inter Parfums SA, says the collection will be "a complete color line with about 100 references for eyes, lips, and skin" and will be carried at Nordstrom. My question is, though, how will Burberry create makeup that's any better than what a company that specializes in the products does? I assume they'll be using colors that hearken back to the brand's heritage, like Burberry tan, but are you interested in having your eye shadow match your knockoff? With Emma Watson currently the line's face, it seems as though the brand is making a grab for younger buyers, which means less-expensive products like makeup. Hopefully they'll try to bring quality and design to the table as well.

Burberry campaign star Emma Watson made her only London Fashion Week appearance on Tuesday evening as she attended the closing show alongside countless other celebrities. BellaSugar UK and I wondered if she'd be able to make it owing to her new college commitments stateside. This got me thinking, would you ever bunk off for fashion?

Burberry Brings Brit A-List Victoria, Alexa, Agy & Emma to LFW

Yesterday's Burberry show saw the most star-studded front row of London Fashion Week, with British stars like Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn, Emma Watson and Daisy Lowe rubbing shoulders with American fashionistas including Mary-Kate Olsen, Liv Tyler and Gwyneth Paltrow. Dev Patel and Freida Pinto were adorable holding hands next to Alexa, while Emma and Gwyneth had a laugh together. Victoria kept a serious face as she watched the show, and described the collection as "fantastic" and added that she'd "had a lot of fun".

After the show the gang headed to the closing party, alongside Fashion Week fans Anna Wintour, Erin O'Connor, Donna Air, David Walliams, Trinny Woodall, Twiggy, Sarah Cameron, Sir Philip Green, Tamsin Egerton, Lady Victoria Hervey, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and Jameela Jamil. The Kooks provided the music and Alexa and Agy turned DJs for the party. I love seeing Victoria, Alexa, Agy and Emma in their gorgeous outfits: what do you think of all the fashion choices? The London Fashion Week festivities continued on this afternoon, with Victoria Beckham heading to check out the Burberry show after seeing Fashion East earlier this morning. She was joined by Mary-Kate Olsen as expected, along with Liv Tyler and the adorable couple Freida Pinto and Dev Patel. Agyness Deyn and Alexa Chung were also on hand, adding some more British flavor to the front row.

Liv didn't have time for an outfit change before meeting up with Gwyneth Paltrow for a bash hosted by the design firm Established & Sons, which is owned by their good friend Stella McCartney's husband Alasdhair Willis. Gwyneth Paltrow was looking uncharacteristically casual in her tee, as she enjoys her second round of fashion fun following her time at the shows in Madrid last week. Emma Watson to Design a Charitable Line

There were rumors circling in June that Emma Watson was to become a charitable fashion designer for UNICEF. Sadly those rumors were shot down, but it appears they weren't too far off-the-mark. Announced today, Emma Watson will be creating a capsule collection for People Tree, which will launch in February 2010.

Emma says of the collaboration: "I wanted to help People Tree produce a younger range because I was excited by the idea of using fashion as a tool to alleviate poverty and knew it was something I could help make a difference with."

As for the line, it will consist of jersey t-shirts, dresses, woven skirts, trousers, shorts, and knitwear for both men and women. The collection will also include embroidered bed throws (are you listening Casa?), amongst other accessories. All of the products will use 100 percent organic and fair-trade cotton and will be made entirely by hand by fair-trade artisans.

It sounds like beyond a pretty face, Emma's got a good head on her shoulders. Are you excited to see Emma's designs?

We're in to the Autumn red carpet season now with the MTV VMAs already having taken place, international fashion weeks well under way and the MTV EMAs just around the corner. I have noticed a growing trend on the red carpet lately as many stylish ladies are turning to Scottish designer Christopher Kane to gain them attention. Firstly, Yasmin Le Bon wore one of his frocks to the Royal Academy of Art Summer party quickly followed by Emma Watson on the David Letterman show. Since then his designs have also been spotted on Diane Kruger, Freida Pinto, Whitney Port and Louise Redknapp! See below to follow suit and bag yourself one of his classic designs.
