This week I felt like Grey's Anatomy is finally getting back on track. The episode has a very sad central focus, as Arizona faces the inevitable loss of a young patient, but was nicely rounded out with the usual relationship issues, comic relief, and a few sweet moments.

On this week's episode of FlashForward, we get some of those big payoffs that Sonya Walger promised. While the main characters' most important relationships grow more tense, the FBI agents learn more about the blue-hand situation, and the end of the episode has two very big twists.

Magical as they are, the first few weeks of parenting are no cake walk. They are wonderful and full of life changing moments but the shift from couplehood to parent life is drastic and a never-ending learning process. For many moms and dads, the addition of a new family member takes a toll on the romance, making it tough to maintain the closeness in the relationship.

Nicole Kidman has given a frank interview to British GQ for their December issue, and posed in lingerie for the accompanying photo shoot. While yesterday's rumours about her teaming up with Robert Pattinson for Bel Ami have been quickly denied, Nicole did tell the magazine about her relationships with other men. She reveals her penchant for sexual fetish, opens up about Tom Cruise, and speaks about the challenges of marriage.

We got a peek at Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's romantic spread in Harper's Bazaar yesterday — ICYMI, check out the amazing outtakes of Rob and Kristen here — and now the full interview is out along with a few new photos. The duo is currently apart promoting New Moon on opposite ends of the globe, with Rob most recently in Japan and Kristen in Mexico with Taylor Lautner. In this interview, though, they were very much in the same place as they discussed romance, relationships, and compared each other in a variety of ways — there's also a video from the shoot after the jump.

Do you really need a Brazilian wax these days? That's the question a woman posed to the Times of London, after a new beau was "shocked" by her presence of pubic hair. In her letter, she says, "I don’t think that a permanent tan and Brazilian wax should be dealbreakers in a relationship.

Did you hear it? That was the sound of the Mad Men implosion, as the death of JFK on November 22, 1963, rocked the country and the lives of the show's characters. This season has been building up to the events of this episode, which felt more intense, more important, than next week's finale can possibly be.

Dear Sugar--
I am 33 years old. I was in a dead-end relationship for 9 years and lived with someone who really had no intention of marrying me; he was even afraid to talk about it. I moved out and broke up with him in December, moved in with a friend of mine and began dating a man that I have known for 8 years and things have been WONDERFUL!
