Workouts that don't require equipment are always welcome in my fitness repertoire, especially during Summer when I like to exercise outdoors or am traveling to places without a convenient gym. Women's Health featured Lost actress Evangeline Lilly on its June cover, and the online version of the magazine shares the secrets to getting fit like its ripped cover model.
Certified personal trainer Jessica Matthews developed a sequence of exercises concentrating on the arms and shoulders, which also includes strengthening core and leg moves.

You loved Rachel Weisz in emerald green dip-dyed Valentino; how about Evangeline Lily in a turquoise version? At the Looking For Eric premiere, "Freckles" and new L'Oréal lady opted for a cool crisscross bodice and high slit, but it's the bright-to-dark turquoise hue I adore. With the high neck, pulling her hair back in a slick pony was totally a good call.

Here we go: a preview for the next season of Lost, which starts up in February 2009. The first part of the preview is a montage of certain plot points we've learned in the past, setting us up for some new footage we can look forward to in season five. After the fourth season with all the Oceanic Six stuff, the next season appears to deal with those six going back to the island:
Jack: "Everyone we left behind, they'd die too if I didn't come back."

Lavishly beaded dresses are no strangers to the red carpet. Nevertheless, their gorgeousness paid us many visits at the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards. Whether on neutral, black, or white dresses, sparkly beads and crystals made the carpet a much more luminous place tonight.

Evangeline Lilly's character is surrounded (or perhaps I should say swallowed) by a sea of mystery on the hit show, Lost. In real life, Evangeline Lilly is surrounded by a certain allure, too. Take note of how her sparkly white shadow, placed along the lower lash line and the inner v, provides something a little unexpected.
