Since St. Patrick's Day is March 17th, why not eat something that's green and loaded with good stuff (instead of the green bagels like they have at my bakery)?
Kale is a member of the same family that you'll find broccoli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and cauliflower in, so you know it has got to be good for you.

The other day I received an email from a reader looking for a good eye cream, and I thought that instead of just giving her a couple of options I like, I'd open up the floor to all of the eye-stuff experts reading the site. Want to help her out? Then here's what she has to say:

By now, you probably know that based on the color wheel, there are certain eye shadows that make each eye color pop. Purple, for instance, is great for green-eyed girls, while bronze looks lovely on those with blue eyes. Brown-eyed beauties, however, are the luckiest of the bunch, as most shades look great on them.
