I'm becoming a big fan of DailyBurn — a website that lets its users track workout, diet, and health goals in easy-to-read charts and graphs. There's a ton of great health and fitness information on the site and it has a social side that lets users interact with other members.
If you're not very tech savvy, don't be afraid.

It's marathon season! I have to admit, there is something incredibly inspiring about watching the marathoners in New York City (the race is this Sunday). I love a good run, and whether you're a marathoner-in-training or a recreational runner, here are four sites that will help you train and get prepped for the race!

Check out what Emily EMS has to say about her online Topshop experience in our 24/7 Go-To Fashion Guide group.
I always knew they existed — I have seen their chic dresses, sexy heels and cool tops. I am talking about Topshop.

I've accumulated a bunch of fitness DVDs over the years. Some will forever be favorites, like Core Fusion Body Sculpt, and some I've only tried once, like Valerie Bertinelli's Losing It and Keeping Fit.
What's a girl to do with the stacks of fitness DVDs she never uses?

At first, the Power Plate seems like another gimmicky weight-loss product, but its website features endorsements from fit celebs like Madonna, Courteney Cox, and Hilary Swank. On top of that, it's used by over 60 college and pro sports teams, and the Police brought one with them on their reunion tour. That's some serious celeb street cred.

Sugar user Elizabeth1981 has great taste in websites - she bookmarked Calorie King one of my favorite sites!!!
If you are looking to eat lower on the food chain, nurdburd13 has an e-book about going vegetarian for you to read.

Pearl Izumi ruffled some feathers with its ad campaign pitting runner against joggers, but regardless they make amazing biking gear. Recently, the company released clothing made with four technical fabrics designed to reduce drag, regulate body temperature, and address the problems of moisture. They sent me a few items to check out, which meant a couple of bike rides and a spin class over the course of a few days — any excuse to hop on my bike.

With Summer quickly approaching, many of us will soon be slipping into skirts, sundresses, and dreaded — bikinis! If you're planning on getting your exercise on, a site called Walk Jog Run will help you map out a walking/running route, tell you how far the route is and what speed you need to go to burn a certain amount of calories.
It's really easy to use.

Similar to my desktop wallpaper, I like to keep my BlackBerry's wallpaper beautiful as well. What is currently adorning my BB's screen? A beautiful floral design wallpaper from the Kindred website which I manually resized to fit my screen perfectly.

If your outdoor routine is getting cut short due to weather and air quality, or if you're just ready to take your fitness to a new level then you may want to think about joining a gym.
I know it sounds daunting, but there are a lot of gyms out there just dying to give you a free guest pass so you can try out their facilities. Gymticket.com has done the preliminary work for you so all you have to do is search for a nearby gym and show up.
