I saw a fitness buddy at the gym the other day running, so I hopped on the treadmill next to her. After about 20 minutes, I asked if she was going to the upper-body strengthening class in 10 minutes. She said, "It's my legs that need work, not my arms."

After reading our review of Jackie Warner's fitness DVD Workout One-on-One Training, many of you expressed curiosity over the future of her hit Bravo series, Work Out. I was a bit bummed to hear this but then I remembered Warner has a new show in the works, Thintervention With Jackie Warner.

Gwen Stefani is no stranger to being in the limelight, which means she is also no stranger to having her weight constantly being dissected by the media (especially after giving birth to her adorable son Kingston).
I've always thought she was one of the more 'fit' celebrities and it turns out that she, like everyone of us, has to work to get that bod. Here's more:

Constantly hovering over your keyboard, with your shoulders hunched over not only contributes to terrible posture, but can be a real pain in the neck and back. I know this stretch looks a little provocative and is reminiscent of FlashDance, but it is the antidote to a day of blogging.
