The asymmetrical pleated sheer fan and pockets provide enough interest to go low key on the accessories, so Kelly kept it clean with a demure 'do, simple stud earrings, and black pumps.

Ally Hilfiger was looking free spirited and glamorous in a simple purple Chloe tank dress at a Jade Jagger-hosted launch party last night. She made the piece very much her own with layered hippie necklaces, sky-high gold gladiators, and a contrasting burgundy clutch. She works the jewel tone perfectly with her raven black hair and sun-kissed skin.

Kate's really been stepping up her game lately, channeling a sort of rocker edge for her 21 press and a just quirky enough ladylike look in her off time. Her outing in the Hollywood sunshine was no exception, and she was looking adorably retro in this Lauren Moffatt striped minidress. The red piping and tiny studs keep it from crossing over into dull territory, and I'm still loving her Chloe sunnies.

She's been getting a little more experimental lately — I'm liking her edgier vibe. Her cropped blazer is minimal but has a cool structured feel to it, and that crossover gold necklace is the perfect finishing touch.

Sometimes knockoffs are so subtle, they're barely identifiable. But nothing goes unnoticed in my eyes, not even this simple Diane von Furstenberg Benten Dress, on sale for $195 (originally $325). True, it's on sale, but it's still pricey for such a design-less frock.

Forever 21 is known for pumping out the latest runway-inspired looks even quicker than the original designer, but one company is hoping to slow the fast fashion retailer to a halt. Trovota is suing Forever 21 for copying its designs. The company has been boiling in hot water 50 times over by numerous brands such as Diane von Furstenberg, Anna Sui, and Anthropologie for copyright violations in the past, but this is the first time Forever 21 will be faced in front of a jury who will determine whether it illegally clones other companies’ designs.
