Geek chic is all the rage, but have you adopted it yet? I feel the need to geek out every once in a while, and my style reflects it. Cate Blanchett is definitely one who can get away with test driving questionable trends and she embodies geek chic here with her black-rimmed glasses.

We've seen our fair share of geeky underwear, but the Call Me Panty seems to be aimed at the woman that already has the OhMiBod and a collection of other "sexy geek" items. I have to agree with Techie Diva and say it's hard not to sound a little appalled when talking about it. The panties ship in a heart shaped box with a mock cellphone in the pocket and tiny gift bow.

I can't help but love the Sundance Camera Tee ($45). It looks cozy and its design is classic geek chic. Sure it would be a little overkill if you paired it with camera earrings and a camera ring, but alone it's cute and artsy.

The WiFi Detector Shirt, $29.99, is a little masculine for my taste, but I'm totally intrigued by its capabilities. The glowing bars on the front of the shirt dynamically change as the surrounding WiFi signal strength fluctuates, so you can just look down on your chest and see if there's a signal. Luckily for those of us that are into being clean, the animated decal is removable (with hook and loop fasteners) for easy washing.

While awareness bracelets are almost always for a good cause they have gotten a little out of hand in the past year or two. What started as a way to promote awareness of serious diseases like cancer, became a bit of a "fashion statement." (I only put that in quotes because I'm not sure Fab would agree they're fashionable in any way.)
On their advertisement page for the Geek Awareness Bracelets, $1.99, Thinkgeek says: "By wearing any of these bracelets, you will show you care by shouting to the world and showing your support for geek awareness in every aspect of life.

Normally, the gadgets and tech accessories featuring Hello Kitty are a little sweet for my taste; I don't want anyone mistaking me for an underage girl by the looks of my HK Laptop.
Thankfully, the purveyors of the girly cartoon cat have made something a little more grownup: the Hello Kitty Geek Chic Tee (on sale for $10).
It's obvious why I like the shirt — its message and geeksugar's tagline are one and the same — but I'm finding myself utterly charmed by Kitty wearing her black-rimmed nerd glasses.

Pacman fans rejoice! Japan LA has these perfect-in-pink Pacman T-shirts on sale for $24 for geeky gamer girls like myself.
I don't know if this falls along the same lines as the Polaroid Tee (which most of you loved), but it's got that retro geek-chic appeal that looks so adorable on a fitted tee.

If you're a serious geek you understand just how serious vintage video game fans are about their game inspired apparel and jewelry. While I saw a ton of Space Invader items this fall, I think PacMan may be making a comeback.

PC World recently submitted a list of the 50 Best Tech Products of All Time, as chosen by their readers - a list that birthed some serious jealousy from yours truly. I'm thinking if they can do it, so can we right?
