Rihanna Talks Chris and Moving On, Says "F Love" on GMA

Rihanna sat down with Diane Sawyer to talk about last February's incident with Chris Brown. We have a peek at the first part of the interview that aired today on Good Morning America, which will be followed with another portion on tomorrow's 20/20. Rihanna opens up to Diane about having gone back to Chris after the assault and also shares about how she found the strength to finally leave him. Rihanna Breaks Her Silence and Speaks About Chris Brown

Rihanna has spoken for the first time about her incident with Chris Brown in February. Speaking to Diane Sawyer in an interview which will air in the States on Good Morning America on Thursday and on 20/20 on Friday, Rihanna says: "This happened to me. … It can happen to anyone" and adds that Chris "was definitely my first big love". She was later seen out about about in Manhattan, and has also opened up in the December issue of US Glamour magazine, as one of their Women of the Year, about how she coped in the aftermath:

On how the people around helped her cope: "My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me. But at some point you are there alone. It’s a lonely place to be-no one can understand. That’s when you get close to God."
On she has changed as a resut: "I’m stronger, wiser and more aware. You don’t realize how much your decisions affect people you don’t even know, like fans."
On how the public experience affected her: "It has taught me so much. I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears."
On what she would say to others in a similar situation: "Domestic violence is a big secret. No kid goes around and lets people know their parents fight. Teenage girls can’t tell their parents that their boyfriend beat them up. You don’t dare let your neighbor know that you fight. It’s one of the things we [women] will hide, because it’s embarrassing. My story was broadcast all over the world for people to see, and they have followed every step of my recovery. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard. Now I can help speak for those women."

Patrick Dempsey Juggles Multiple Projects on GMA

Patrick Dempsey attended Reese Witherspoon's Avon benefit last night, and he was by the actress's side again today to appear on Good Morning America before heading out to do some shopping. Reese was on the show to chat about her new fragrance, while Patrick opened up about his own work with the cosmetics company as well as this season of Grey's Anatomy. He showed off a preview of tomorrow night's episode before going on to reveal that he's developing a new pilot with his wife based on her experiences in cosmetology school.

Reese Looks Good and Smells Great For GMA

Reese Witherspoon was up early today for an appearance on Good Morning America in NYC. She sat down to chat about her work with Avon, revealing that last night's star-studded Champions Who Change Women's Lives benefit raised over $2 million dollars to fight breast cancer and domestic violence. Reese also showed off her new fragrance In Bloom, which was inspired by her childhood in Tennessee. She didn't touch on her romance with Jake unlike in other recent interviews, but check out her whole chat in a video after the jump.

Ashley and Mary-Kate Are Two Girls Talking About Olsenboye

- From anorexic to plus-size model and now author of the memoir Hungry, Crystal Renn tells Good Morning America how she suffered to get where she is now. She thought she had signed up for a dream job when a modeling scout told her she had the look. The catch? The 5'9" Renn was told she needed to shave nine inches from her hips and lose around 70 pounds - which she did, at one time weighing only 90 pounds. Older, wiser, and a lot less hungry, Renn should be a lesson to us all: don't lose yourself (figuratively or literally!) to make anyone else happy.

Woman With Prader-Willi Syndrome Has Insatiable Hunger

I've heard lots of people say "I'm always hungry," but Kate Kane really, scientifically is. She suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi syndrome, a chromosomal flaw that affects the hypothalamus. Kane appeared on Good Morning America today to discuss her struggle with this unusual disorder. Check out a segment below.

An estimated 20,000 people suffer from the condition, which causes muscle weakness, decreased mental capacity, and an inability to feel satiated. Kane has lost jobs for stealing food and says that if left unchecked, she would eat until she got sick or died. She's not exaggerating: children with Prader-Willi typically will do almost anything to get food, resulting in morbid obesity and lung failure if left untreated.

Sadly, there is no cure. However, when she was 23, Kane moved into a home for adults with Prader-Willi and has since lost 150 pounds. Meanwhile, groups such as the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association can help sufferers and their families find help.
