A handful of those Gossip Girl cast were out at an American Eagle event in New York's Times Square last night. Leighton Meester was wearing a daring dress and some striking makeup - what do you think? - and she hung out with Michelle Trachtenberg who showed off her flawless pale skin with her hair pulled back! Jessica Szhor looked great in grey, and Leighton's man Sebastian Stan wore a scarf to ward off the chilly weather - perhaps he gave it to Leighton later in the evening! Other guests included Pete Wentz and Adrian Grenier.

Ed, Leighton and Blake Wrap Up Warm For More Gossip

It was a cold day in New York yesterday, but the Gossip Girl cast were out on the streets filming new scenes for the third series of the show - currently airing on Wednesdays on ITV2. Leighton Meester changed from some comfy looking boots into some high stilettos as they shot scenes, while Blake Lively wrapped up in a duvet-replacement coat during her breaks. The cameos on the show this season look set to get a lot more posh, as Victoria Beckham is said to have landed a role in an upcoming episode. I'd love to see her and Blair in a pout off!

Ed, Taylor and Penn Take a Break, While Chace Keeps Moving

Did you watch Gossip Girl last night? I'm avidly watching the third season of the show at the moment, and the cast are still busy in New York filming further episodes. Yesterday Penn was caught by autograph hunters as he took a break, while Taylor sported her shades to check on her phone - her legs seem to get longer in every picture! Ed Westwick took time out to smoke a cigarette and check his own messages, perhaps from castmate Chace Crawford who is currently preparing for his new movie Footloose in the city. Director Kenny Ortega says that Chace is doing dance training alongside his TV commitments, so it's safe to say he must be a very busy guy right now!

Gossip Girl Gang Support Penn's Stepfather Film

Most of the Gossip Girl cast attended the premiere of The Stepfather in New York last night, supporting their castmate Penn Badgley, who stars in the film. Ed Westwick, Taylor Momsen, Matthew Settle, Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr and Connor Paolo were among the guests on the red carpet last night, while Penn's girlfriend Blake Lively attended the afterparty with her man. Penn's Stepfather Brings Out a Very Gossip-y Crew

Anna Sui launched a Gossip Girl inspired collection of clothes in New York city last night, and several castmembers from the series were there to party! Penn Badgley was the only guy to attend the launch, and got surrounded by his female castmembers Jessica Szohr and Michelle Trachtenberg. Meanwhile his costar and real life girlfriend Blake Lively looked lovely in white, while Taylor Momsen brought some rock chick style to the event with her bleached hair and dark red lipstick. The Gossip Girl Crew Get Ready For Their Close Ups

It was a busy day in New York for the Gossip Girl cast yesterday, as almost all of the castmembers were spotted on set. Taylor Momsen was spotted heading to set with her hair in the process of being curled for the day's shooting, while Blake Lively and her boyfriend Penn Badgley walked to set together, with Blake's hair being held in pins to set Serena's wavy hair. She filmed alongside Chace Crawford who looked like a 1920s gangster in his get up, and possibly even more gorgeous in his casual clothes earlier in the day. Leighton Meester headed to set in her dressing gown with a coffee in hand, while Hilary Duff kept her phone to her ear during a break from filming. I can't wait to see how it all looks on screen, can you?

Here's some Friday manjoyment for you - those Gossip Girl guys were spotted filming alongside their musically talented costar Leighton Meester this week. Ed Westwick looked rather handsome in his brown leather jacket as he picked up something to eat, while in a different part of New York Chace Crawford was happy to have a couple of photos taken as he walked down the street. The show is currently causing some controversy due to an upcoming threesome storyline which the Parents' Television Council has said is not appropriate for the teenage audience - most fans are just wondering who's going to be involved in the plot!
