Remember the Turkey Day episode of Gossip Girl last year? It was drama-filled, yes, but oh so stylish, too. This year, let's pretend we're having a Gossip Girl-style Thanksgiving. While the majority of the Gossip Girls continue to frolic on campus, Serena van der Woodsen opted for the road less traveled. Judging from her her power-prowess outfit - Herve Leger bandage skirt, Slane & Slane layered necklace, and gray Topshop blazer - I deduce she's heading to a fashionable business meeting of sorts. Her take on business casual is far from boring and leans on the sexy side - true to Serena van der Woodsen nature. And who can miss her decadent embellished Valentino tote? So snazzy.

The Twenties Theme Continues on Gossip Girl!

We saw Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen rocking some 1920s style outfits on set earlier this week as they prepared to film a new episode for the third series of Gossip Girl in Manhattan, and yesterday it was the turn of their costars. Penn Badgley looked happy with his braces hanging down as he wandered down the street, Blake Lively looked stunning in silver as Serena, and guest star Hilary Duff took the look to extremes with her curls and a sequinned dress. Smart move layering the short hemline with textured tights. A metallic scarf and olive-green satchel complete her chic, office-friendly ensemble. Now if only her and Blair would make amends . . .

From grown ups enjoying evening fun like Alexa and Agyness at the Heroes vs. Villains bash and Kelly and Luke at Heidi and Seal's party, to families trick-or-treating like the Stefani-Rossdales and Christina, it was a fancy dress fest.
