So if you find yourself pulling gobs of hair that has become weaved between your fingers and the drain in the shower, don't panic (and definitely don't stress), you're not alone.
After an intense shampoo, I'm always horrified at the amount of hair that falls out.

Whether you're male or female, hair loss is quite common. I have heard many excuses for avoiding swimming. Since it is one of my favorite workouts, I defend it vigorously. One excuse I have heard over and over is that swimming in chlorine makes your hair fall out.
