Chris Brown Looks Thrilled While Reconciling With Rihanna

Chris Brown and Rihanna reunited at Diddy's house on Star Island near Miami over the weekend. Chris was spotted riding around on a jet ski all weekend long. He and Rihanna were joined by a number of their close friends and heavy security though Rihanna skipped the water sports. Most of you were both shocked and saddened by the news that the two are back together after he allegedly assaulted her early in February. The reconciliation apparently started when Chris contacted Rihanna on her 21st birthday a week ago. Rihanna's father has expressed his support of his daughter's decision. Chris and Rihanna have yet to emerge together, but at the moment it's still hard to be happy to hear they might be on again.

Dear Sugar,
My 21st birthday was two weeks ago. My girlfriends and I went out and celebrated. They took me to dinner and then out dancing afterwards. All that my boyfriend did was send me a text message in the morning with happy birthday wishes.

We have been dating for eight months, so I thought we were serious enough to exchange gifts. I don't want to sound selfish or spoiled, but I can't seem to shake the fact that he didn't even get me a card. I feel like a little kid who's been let down. Lindsay Exits Rehab, Already Partying in Vegas

Lindsay Lohan has officially left Promises after 45 days of rehabilitation. She wasted no time jetting off to Vegas and hitting Pure, the club that was supposed to host her 21st birthday. LL was spotted looking extremely happy with friends and a table full of water and Red Bulls. Don't expect the newly 21-year-old to be putting vodka in those water bottles like she supposedly used to do. By choice, LL has decided to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet which you can see in the image below. Now we can all keep tabs on her sober partying. Sounds like maybe rehab worked this time.

Lindsay Is 21 And Wearing, But Not Looking Blue

Post 21st Birthday Party on the beach, Lindsay Lohan left her new apartment complex, Promises Rehab Center, to do a little shopping in Malibu yesterday. I guess Promises encourages Miss Lohan's recent excursions out of the program to hang out with her friends? Honestly though, who knows what their plan is (especially since she extended her stay) -- just happy to see her looking happier and healthier.

Lindsay's Beach Birthday Bash!

Lindsay Lohan spent her 21st birthday in a bikini the entire day. She ran on the beach in the morning and changed suits for a party with friends and family in Malibu later that day. While this party looks a lot more tame than a Vegas blowout, LL seems to be having a blast taking pictures of all the cameras focused on her. She may be cleaning up her act but LL's got quite the legal battle ahead of her. We told you that her toxicology report confirmed she had cocaine in her system and now LL's lawyer is saying that the Beverly Hills Police Department is "selling" an "unverified" story. We understand why Lindsay's lawyer isn't happy about the report being leaked but it's no surprise to us that people will pay big time for this info. Let's just hope LL stays clean through this mess.

Lindsay Breaks From Rehab To Hit The Beach

LL may have extended her time at Promises because she ~~enjoys the cushness~~ is fully committed to her recovery, but she's still taking some afternoon breaks to enjoy life outside rehab. Usually she just goes to the gym and back, but yesterday afternoon she hit up the boardwalk looking happy and healthy with some friends to rollerblade and bike. Despite her field trips, she's not sleeping at home yet and who knows whether she'll make her exit before her 21st birthday next week on July 2nd. Her Vegas bash is off, but I'm sure she's still got some actual good friends who would like to ring in the big day with Linds. Even, or especially, if she's clean and sober.
