If you were in the UK this weekend, I hope you managed to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! We don't get much reliable weather in Britain so as soon as the sun puts it's hat on we all run outside in our favourite beachwear and inevitably end up a little bit pink. This weekend I couldn't help but feel unprepared as I am yet to invest in some good swimwear. Here is a round up of some of my favourite pieces available now which are sure to improve your Summer wardrobe.

Found: Coleen's Coral Bikini

Earlier this week Pop UK and I were discussing the disappearance of Coleen from our radar. Then mere hours later low and behold suddenly she emerges on a beach in the Caribbean looking amazing. Coleen is holidaying with her family and showing off her bikini collection. Earlier in the week she sported a floral style but today she is showing off her curves in a coral halter-neck bikini. The swimwear is by Heidi Klein (£160) and compliments Coleen's skin tone perfectly. It also keeps her on trend for this summers love for neon pastels.

Product Review: Heidi Klein Coconut Beach Whipped Moisturizer

Heidi Klein, a brand which brings us "holiday" shopping all year round has an amazing two-product coconut, vanilla and jasmine flower beauty range. First there was the Coconut Beach Sea Salt Scrub ($50) and shortly thereafter came the luxuriously thick, non-greasy and powerful beach scented Coconut Beach Whipped Moisturizer ($48).

Not only is it a heavenly (a word I don't often use) over-indulgence for your senses, but it is also formulated with sweet almond oil, monoi de Tahiti, lotus flower milk, marine extracts and cocoa butter. It all feels incredibly smooth on your skin. I'm addicted to using it on my arms and legs as a post-bath-time treat, and surprisingly all you need is a little bit to go the distance (since it's so oil-enriched) so the 5.1 ounce jar should last you a good few months.

And apparently, I'm not the only one who's nutty over this coconut body lotion. Among the jet-setting social crowd, it's a pre-season must-have. It has become such a popular insider cult product that it's actually out of stock online at the moment. Finally, a bit of British holiday in the heart of New York City! Heidi Klein started in London in 2002 with a vacation-centric store. The founders, Heidi Gosman and Penny Klein both appreciated how difficult it was to shop for holiday essentials and a well fitting swim suit. The vision of the company is to "Help women look fantastic and to get organized before a holiday."

The boutique, which has opened on the Upper East Side in NYC is reminiscent of a relaxed, calm and chic high-end vacation spot. The walls are white and accented with beautiful sheer white curtains which make you feel like you are in a cabana. They sell: women's swimwear, beach cover-ups, kaftans, flip flops, tops, sarongs, hats, sunglasses, bags as well as pieces for men and children.

There are several styles of bathing suits available such as: bikinis, one pieces, tankinis and maternity suits. There are also two fabulous mix and match lines called Essentials and Provence which we all know is great for those of us who don't have perfect proportions! What I love about the suits is that they provide full coverage in the rear, but are still quite posh and sexy.

The suits are available in bold and fun prints as well as nautical stripes and classical colors. And if you are shopping for something other than the Heidi Klein Private Label, you can also browse items from: Vilebrequin, Eres, and Melissa Odabash. The boutique also sells the brand's own candles for $54, a whipped moisturizer for $48 and a sea salt scrub for $45.

Heidi and Seal Get Schooled Together in LA

Heidi Klum draped her baby bump in a chic dress at the Get Schooled initiative conference hosted by Bill and Melinda Gates and their foundation in LA last night. Heidi looked especially happy considering she had Seal as her date for the event after recently talking about her "gentle giant" husband and her body in the final month of pregnancy. Her due date is right around the corner but she has three other kids to remind her of the importance of education especially during back to school time.

The weather over the weekend was so beautiful in the UK (aside from the occasional thunder storm), that I've decided to start considering increasing my beachwear wardrobe. All week I will be bringing you a selection of bikinis to prepare you for your Summer holidays. I'm kicking off the week with a selection of bright striped bikinis. Some have a nautical feel, whilst others are multi coloured and sure to get you noticed.

I like the nautical styles, particularly Topshop's wide stripe bikini (£25) which is perfect for relaxing by the seaside. I also really like the feminine ties on Heidi Klein's Hamptons two piece (£160). Do you like striped bikinis?

Fab Ad: Dolce and Gabbana Women's Fall '09

So we weren't impressed with Dolce and Gabbana's sporty Fall men's campaign. Moving on. Let's join the sultry Mariacarla Boscono, Heidi Mount, and Edita Vilkeviciute, in Vegas! Also shot by Steven Klein, the blue-hued ads depict the lionesses lounging across poker tables in the house's dramatic shoulderific Fall offerings. This image is my favorite, with the shaggy purple abominable coats. There's also Mariacarla in a white one - dig the surreal headgear. Vegas's bling and gaud rarely serve as backdrop for ads, what do you think of Dolce and Gabbana's high-fashion gamble?

Nicole, Rachel, Heidi, and Kate Keep Feasting on Fashion

It's the final day of Fashion Week, but the front rows are still full of familiar faces. At his show last night, Zac Posen's good friend Rachel Bilson was sitting near another newly engaged star, Claire Danes. Nicole Richie was also in attendance next to Alicia Keys to watch the collection. Also showing yesterday was Christian Siriano, who already has his fair share of celebrity followers. Kate Beckinsale sported new bangs and matched Eva Mendes in black while checking out Calvin Klein. This morning, Heidi Klum brightened up the mood at the Project Runway show. Since the season is yet to start airing and no one knows who the contestants are, the three finalists' collections were shown anonymously. Heidi said, "This is [the designer's] moment and unfortunately nobody has seen the show yet. I’m a little bit sad for our designers that they don’t get that recognition today. We’re all in a bit of a limbo." Don't miss Fab and Bella's great coverage as fashion week winds down.
