Heidi and Spencer Enjoy Their Swine Flu Protected Pre-Honeymoon Before Playboy!
Heidi Montag was back in her bikini yesterday to hit the beach with her husband Spencer Pratt during their pre-honeymoon in Cabo. The health-conscious duo added a new accessory for their outing in the wake of the swine flu scare — surgical masks! Heidi and Spencer looked happy and relaxed as they kissed and posed just a few days after their huge wedding party last weekend, but she's apparently about to shake up their young marriage.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt became man and wife in front of over 200 of their nearest and dearest in Pasadena on Saturday afternoon. The cameras from The Hills were there to film the whole thing for the season finale and despite saying she would not go, Lauren Conrad attended the ceremony after all. In typical Heidi and Spencer manner, the whole thing was photographed from trying on diamonds and Friday night's rehearsal dinner to the first kiss as newlyweds.

UPDATE: We've got some more details on the nuptials. Heidi said, "The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying," while Spencer shared his wedding vows: "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth!
