Heidi Montag was back in her bikini yesterday to hit the beach with her husband Spencer Pratt during their pre-honeymoon in Cabo. The health-conscious duo added a new accessory for their outing in the wake of the swine flu scare - surgical masks! Heidi and Spencer looked happy and relaxed as they kissed and posed just a few days after their huge wedding party last weekend, but she's apparently about to shake up their young marriage. According to Life & Style, Heidi's in talks to pose for a tasteful Playboy photo shoot. That's not the first adjective that pops to mind when thinking of that particular magazine, but Heidi's no stranger to scantily-clad photos shoots.

Heidi and Spencer's Ridiculous Wedding Madness!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt became man and wife in front of over 200 of their nearest and dearest in Pasadena on Saturday afternoon. The cameras from The Hills were there to film the whole thing for the season finale and despite saying she would not go, Lauren Conrad attended the ceremony after all. In typical Heidi and Spencer manner, the whole thing was photographed from trying on diamonds and Friday night's rehearsal dinner to the first kiss as newlyweds. It will all be on TV in a few weeks, but before then here are some highlights from their over the top and perfectly them wedding day.

Heidi and Spencer Elope in Mexico!

UPDATE: We've got some more details on the nuptials. Heidi said, "The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying," while Spencer shared his wedding vows: "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person. Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always." Apparently Heidi hasn't even told her parents yet, though it sounds like they may be upset about not receiving invitations.

We never thought Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt could do anything under the radar, but apparently the couple eloped in Cabo last Thursday. They kept it a secret over the weekend, but all of the details will be released in the new Us Weekly. Both Stephanie Pratt and Audrina Patridge have given their well wishes, and while they may not be everyone's favorite couple in Hollywood, congratulations to the newlyweds!

Spencer Pratt had a business meeting with martial arts fighter Kevin Casey before the two met up with Heidi Montag in LA this week. Heidi easily topped the worst street style of 2008 poll but she was a touch more understated for the work lunch. After spending last night in Vegas, non-legally bound newlyweds Heidi and Spencer are in NYC today to host a MTV special for Engaged and Underage where four couples will actually get married live. This may not bode well for the wedding planning show none of you want to see, but no matter the outcome these two will make sure to make their presence known in the new year.

Spencer Can't Wait to Marry Heidi For All the Haters

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took pictures and signed autographs around LA yesterday after Spencer had yet another meeting with Kevin Casey. Heidi showed off her nails monogrammed with the Chanel logo - love it or hate it? - and then took a trip to the store for some shopping. The couple seems just as strong as ever despite their recent obstacles on the road to a real wedding, and Spencer even admitted to InTouch that he never knew you had to legalize a marriage. He also said he'll televise his future legally-binding wedding to Heidi "because of the fans and haters" - wonder which there are more of these days.

Heidi and Spencer Bikini Honeymoon Photos!

It's the photos you've all been waiting for! Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's honeymoon photos are out and they're everything we would have hoped and more. In case you missed it (and if so, how?) Heidi and Spencer eloped in Cabo just before Thanksgiving and immediately afterward, of course the cameras joined them. Seriously, there are so many of them, each more special than the last. Heidi and Spencer are back now, of course, and Spencer's already in a feud with Heidi's mom over her statements deriding their marriage. Spencer called into Seacrest this morning to chat about it saying she's probably just hurt and that he and Heidi had just filmed with Mrs. Montag yesterday. Heidi also spoke out saying she's "extremely disappointed" about all the criticism they've gotten. For now, I think you just need to take a look at the photos - they're so worth it. Congrats again to Mr. and Mrs. Pratt!
