Earlier today, I showed you the impressive before and after pics from Bollare's office renovation. However, I only teased you with one of many photos of the gorgeous space. When Bollare, a full service fashion, beauty, and lifestyle public relations firm located in West Hollywood, CA, decided that it was time to move its office, the company turned to Green Tangerine to help transform the raw space into something both fab and green.

Twitter user DefDulce asked me a question which, judging from current trends, I think is on a lot of young decorators' minds: "How can you turn an ordinary apartment into an old Hollywood starlet pad?"
Without seeing her apartment, I can't offer specific, tailored changes or updates. So I thought I'd respond by offering a few key elements essential to any old Hollywood home.

Since so many of you have a love it or hate it relationship with designer Kelly Wearstler's unique style, I figured that you'd be interested in taking a tour of her Hollywood mansion. Good news — now you can.

Admittedly, I often check my pampered pup into a pooch hotel (when he can't come along) though not quite as fancy as the deluxe room at D Pet Hotels — it has a bigger bed and flat screen than my actual apartment. Nevertheless, when I get my bill, I still wonder how many features lil North truly appreciates (play group, most definitely; blueberry facial, probably not). So I can't help cracking up at Triumph's behind-the-scenes doggie take at this Hollywood resort — Be warned, there is cursing .

Hollywood tends to spotlight professions that are perceived as hip, adventurous, or respectful. The doctor looks like a rested rock star, the shopaholic journalist becomes a successful finance columnist, the young lawyer cracks the case and still has time to sneak out whenever she wants to have lunch with her gal pals. I love watching the lighthearted big-screen versions of what I know to be taxing professions, but the unrealistic depictions and instant career success that fits within the 90-minute romcom plot can be agitating.

I just watched Digg's Dialogg with Brüno, which took place in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel. I couldn't help but notice the set's hip modern décor, and being the Brüno lover that I am, I thought I'd take the chance to help you get the look of this hilarious scene. If you're looking for the gay Austrian fashion reporter's leather ensemble, I'll be no help there.

Summer is the season for blockbusters, so it won't be surprising if you and I find ourselves forking over cash for a movie or two. Have you ever wondered what your money for those pricey tickets actually pays for? In its July issue, Money magazine breaks down the average $9 ticket for a typical movie with an all-star cast and uses Public Enemies as an example.
