When I first moved in with my fiancé, he had a TV in the bedroom. Believe me, it was the first thing to move out when I moved in! I think that televisions have a time and place, and neither of those can be fulfilled in a bedroom.

Since I don't watch much TV, updating my hefty idiot box to an ultra slim HD flatscreen is not very high on my list of priorities. But if I did own the latest and greatest in television technology, I would love to use an artist's easel as a stand, like this one featured in House Beautiful. Tech gadgets are always difficult to coordinate with décor, but that's especially true when your design scheme is earthy and traditional.

While last week's episode of House was an awesome look at the inner workings of House the man, it was nice to get back to the medical drama that we know and love, even if it wasn't quite business as usual. It's interesting to see what happened while House was away, and it's also fun to see how House was coping with being away.
Did you watch?

Wasn't this week's House incredibly satisfying? There was no sign of Thirteen — bring her back! — but House helped resurrect a man from the dead, heard voices in his head (crazy), and made goo-goo eyes at Cuddy.

For those of you keeping score: I want a TV in the dining room, bathtub, but not the bedroom. Of course, the expense isn't the only thing standing in the way of my getting an additional TV; I have a tiny apartment and there is just nowhere for another TV. But rest assured, I would if I could — and that brings my television ownership total down to a whopping one set.

Sweetpeabrina shared some cute photos of her kitties in the Pets in the House TeamSugar group. I love this photo of Penny, especially because Sweetpeabrina notes that Penny's always up to no good. She explains this shot by saying,
We were watching some celebrity gossip show like TMZ on TV or E!

This week's House continued to stick to the tried-and-true show recipe, and our favorite doctor was there pulling the strings — even if he isn't technically in charge. The episode answered one or two of my previous questions, and while the writers quickly tied up the dilemma involving last week's death of the dictator (breathe a collected sigh of relief), I highly doubt that Chase and Foreman's shared secret is just going to be swept under the rug for good.
I'm curious to see how everything plays out, but for now, take a look at my questions (some spoilers!) from this week's episode and share your thoughts when you read more

This week's episode of House brought us right back to the usual formula. You know, unknown medical mystery that causes the team to pull together to figure it out. Only this time, the team goes through some internal turmoil, as the person with the ailment is a genocidal dictator — played by an always terrific James Earl Jones.

Katie Price was at the Mayfair Hotel in London yesterday, while Peter Andre smiled for photographers with Junior and Princess outside his house in Hove, after visiting the This Morning studios. Peter is extending his role on the show by presenting the Friday edition with Kate Thornton, and is also hosting Paul O'Grady's chat show next week. As well as working on his TV career, Pete's also releasing a perfume for women, which goes on sale today.
