I've already shared the go-to questions used by self-made billionaires when a job candidate first walks into their offices, and here's a list of the final questions they use when wrapping up interviews. Leaving on a strong note is always important - finish with a punch and prepare for your interviews by considering answers to some of these questions.

John Catsimiditis - What do you hate to do?
Leon Charney - How did you feel when you walked out?
John Paul DeJoria - Is there anything else you would like to ask me?
Tom Golisano - When are you available?
Michael Heisley - Are there any questions that you have?
R.J. Kirk: Highly variable.
Ted Lerner: Questions to elicit and evaluate integrity and character.
Rob Maguire - Do you have the passion necessary to succeed here or are you just looking for a job?

It's obvious Forbes had a good time playing 20 questions with 17 self-made members of the Forbes 400 - you know, the list of the 400 richest Americans. One question all of the billionaires were asked was "What are the first and last questions you ask in any job interview?" The answers range from practical to paranoid, and I've shared part one of the 16 answers with you here (Ron Perelman had no answer for this question). Listed below are the questions they typically ask at the beginning of an interview: Which of these questions would you have the most fun answering, and which would be most challenging for you?

I don't know many people that enjoy going on job interviews -- I for one have always said I would rather go on a blind date, which I hate almost as much! It's those tough personal questions that get you every time. So since we have all been there a few times, ladies do tell, what do you think is the most uncomfortable interview question?

Before there was Summer on the The OC or Blair on Gossip Girl, there was Kelly Taylor of 90210. For many modern mamas, Kelly Taylor was the girl next door. High school girls related to her and tried to emulate her every move. And much like the actress who played her, Jennie Garth is the envy of many a mother. The bubbly blond recaptured America's hearts on Dancing With the Stars and is reprising her role on the old teen fave, 90210. As a counselor on the show, it is fitting that the famous mum has words of wisdom for other mommies. The adorable mama took the time to answer our four lil questions:

1. Why didn't anybody tell me ... about motherhood?

Why didn't anybody tell me it would be so hard? That it would be the hardest job ever.

2. You know you're a mother when ...

When you have a little bit of throw up on you and it's okay and you just keep on going.

3. What's the best trick your mama taught you?

It doesn't matter if the dishes are clean. It just matters that my kids are happy.

4. Free-range mom or helicopter mom?

Free-range mom. I let them run free.

Zac Efron Makes the Rounds on Radio and in Person

Zac Efron arrived in London earlier this week to promote Me & Orson Welles, and he was busy yesterday and today doing a variety of interviews. He made an appearance last night at the Notting Hill Gate cinema for a question and answer session with fans, and PopSugar UK was there to chat with him - check out their interview! He was out again this morning for a stop by the Capitol Radio studios. He kicked off his trip to England with a premiere on Wednesday alongside costar Claire Danes, as Zac's press tour goes into full swing.

Expect to Answer These 20 Common Interview Questions

Interviewers hold the keys to your fate, which kind of makes it seem like you're going into a lion's den, feeling vulnerable and a little (or a lot) anxious. While the series of questions will always TBD, you can still prepare by pondering some of the most common interview questions. Robert, Kristen and Taylor Talk Romance With Jimmy Kimmel

Kristen Stewart looks adorable linking arms with Robert Pattinson and leaning on a laughing Taylor Lautner in these just-released pictures of the trio's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The New Moon gang filmed the interview during their press weekend in Los Angeles earlier this month, and the result will be shown in America this Friday to tie-in with the release of the film: check out my review. Jimmy raised the question on everyone lips by asking Taylor: "what's going on with these two?" but loyal Taylor replied: "I wish I could tell you"! Hillary Talks Sexism, Obama's Job Offer, and Mad Men to Vogue

Hillary Clinton finally sat down for a long-overdue Vogue interview. She offended editor Anna Wintour during the primaries by turning down the fashion mag out fear of looking "too feminine." And though she won't be on the December cover, the article is as substantial and satisfying as a cover story.

From night swimming alone to her favorite shows (Mad Men!), we see a side of Madame Secretary that all the vetting in the world would not unearth. See some of what she had to say below.

On visiting countries as a high-ranking female: "You can go to some countries and there's not a woman in the room. They don't even make the effort to give me the token woman minister. . . . And in lots of African countries the honorific for women is 'Mama.' So I had lots of people say to me, 'Mama, what about this; Mama, what about that?'"

On President Obama's job offer: "I was stunned after the election when President Obama asked me to consider this. . . . I really was very unconvinced. I did not think it was the right thing to do. I didn't want to do it. I just really had a lot of doubts, and I kept suggesting other people: Well, how about this person! How about that person! This one would be really good! But then a friend of mine called me and basically said, 'How would you have felt if you'd been elected and you'd called him and asked him to do this?' And that really made a big impression on me. How do you say no? And so . . . I said yes. And here I am."

Buzz-Worthy Video: Conan O'Brien on Zach Galifianakis's Between Two Ferns

This is pretty much my dream scenario: Conan O'Brien and Zach Galifianakis sitting down, shooting the breeze. You know I'm a fan of Galifianakis and his awkward Between Two Ferns interview series on Funny or Die. (His off-color remarks to Natalie Portman still make me giggle.) For this latest installment, he questions the Tonight Show host and his sidekick, Andy Richter.

In the video, poor O'Brien keeps lobbing jokes, but Galifianakis shoots them down. (Watch for the "cricket riding a tumbleweed" button.) Oh, and in a random cameo, Andy Dick stops by, forcing O'Brien to move to the floor.
