Katy and Co. Give Us an Amazing MTV EMA Show
After the women and men arrived on the red carpet for the MTV EMAs they all took their seats for the ceremony. Green Day kicked off the show and then Katy Perry did an awesome medley of the Best Song nominees. The show was full of great performances, like Beyonce in red suspenders, Jay-Z's amazing NYC backdrop, Foo Fighters rocking out and Shakira showing off her drumming.
Katy Perry and Sugar UK Prepare for Tonight's MTV EMAs!
MTV EMA host Katy Perry posed with Pete Wentz and Joss Stone at a press conference yesterday ahead of the MTV Europe Music Awards at the O2 Arena in Berlin tonight, which airs on MTV at 9pm. Pete is taking on digital hosting duties, while Joss will be presenting the red carpet online at 8pm. Acts performing include Beyonce, Jay-Z, Leona Lewis, Shakira, Green Day, Foo Fighters and Tokio Hotel, and presenters include Brody Jenner, Bar Refaeli, Backstreet Boys, Jonas Brothers and more.
2009 MTV EMA Nominations and Performers Announced!
Having already given us the shortlist for the Best UK & Ireland New Act category, MTV has now announced the full list of nominations for the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards. Tokio Hotel, Green Day and Leona Lewis are all confirmed to perform at the ceremony in Berlin on 5 November too. Lady GaGa and Kings of Leon lead the pack with five nominations each, while several of our British and Irish stars have nominations, including Robbie Williams, Coldplay, U2, La Roux, Pixie Lott, Little Boots and Leona Lewis.
Beyonce And Jay-Z Enjoy Bright And Sunny Britain
Beyonce and her hubby Jay-Z were both spotted out and about in London yesterday, doing a little shopping in the British sunshine. They're over here at the moment as Beyonce is on tour — she appeared at the O2 Arena this weekend and the audience were treated to glimpses of her man, who was apparently centre stage as she made her entrance. Keeping it in the family, Beyonce's little sister Solange Knowles performed at the show's afterparty, and next stop on the tour is Manchester tonight!

B-Jay Celebrate Tocarra (of ANTM "Fame")
Beyonce and Jay-Z were out again in NY last night, this time to celebrate the 25th Birthday of Tocarra, who has probably done many more things in her life, but to me is still a girl from Cycle 3 of ANTM. Though they weren't photographed together, both illustrious members of Team B-Jay looked to be in top form at the party. Cause even when Jay's in his casual wear, he's still got the snazziest watch at the party.
Dreamgirls Premieres in NY
People had a lot to talk about at the Dreamgirls Premiere last night in NY. First,
Eddie Murphy showed up with new girlfriend Tracey Edmonds despite rumors that ex Spice Girl Mel B is pregnant with his baby. And then everyone was watching for any tension between Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson.
