Jennifer Aniston showed off her killer legs out with her hairstylist Chris McMillan on the way into the wedding of their friend and fellow stylist Kelsie Gigandet. The bride's brother Cam Gigandet was looking hot all dressed up in a suit for Kelsie's big day. The Twilight star carried his young daughter Everleigh into the event and later smoked cigarettes outside the reception venue, Smog Shoppe, in LA. Jennifer looked fantastic in her simple black dress heading into celebrate her girlfriend's big day!

Jennifer in Shimmery Silver Makes LA Love Happen With Aaron

Jennifer Aniston looked amazing in her super sexy short dress posing with Aaron Eckhart at the LA premiere of Love Happens last night. Jennifer was all legs right down to her strappy silver sandals, but the long sleeved mini is a bit of a departure from her usual look, which is fun to see. The movie hits theaters this Friday but is also dealing with some legal issues up to the last minute. While promoting it, Jennifer has been asked a bit about, surprise surprise, her love life, and her fighting style when it comes to relationships, but once the film comes out it's time for a few deserved months off for the hardworking actress.

She cozied right up with Owen Wilson - who was looking fantastic - and one of the four-legged yellow labs they got to know so well on set. As much as it looks like Jennifer was enjoying time with her costars and director, it was another guest on the red carpet who got to be her date. John Mayer played it cool matching his girl in all black out to support her on the big screen. Hopefully John appreciates how hot Jennifer looks in GQ, though I don't think we should expect to see him blogging about it anytime soon, though it would certainly get him some votes in the neck and neck best blogger poll. Jennifer and Owen are picture perfect together on the red carpet with their beautiful blond locks to match the quintessential yellow lab.

Jen's Jaunt In The UK Ends

Jennifer Aniston was at Heathrow Airport yesterday, flying out of the country following the UK leg of her promotional tour for Marley and Me, which culminated in the premiere of the movie at the weekend - did you love or hate Jen's look? The film opens next week in the UK, and Jennifer has said that she wasn't prepared for being upstaged by her canine costar, joking that she and Owen Wilson "were not warned about that." Her famous hair is hitting the headlines again following her trip round Europe, as her hairstylist Chris McMillan joined her with costs apparently hitting £40,000 for his flights and accommodation. Hair raising!

So RUMORS have been swirling that Jennifer Aniston may be the next big name to pimp Nike. We totally think this is an awesome idea since Jennifer Aniston has the perfectly toned body! We are a sucker for a great ad campaign since we used to work in that world. If Nike could land Jennifer Aniston then we would totally support it. They should throw money at her. Why you ask? Not only is she a recent winner of the best legs poll, but she supposedly wants to donate the money to a cancer charity. She even wants to team up with her fit friend Sheryl Crow. I personally have been an Adidas girl for years, but I would just do it for Jen any day!

NIKE is interested in Jennifer Aniston and she has been approached, she did NOT say no! They are looking for a Super bowl commercial time slot and some photo spreads.

She has been offered big $$ (the most they have ever paid for endorsement) but she is looking for something along the lines of donating to her favorite Cancer charities & to bring focus on curing cancer. This also may include Sheryl Crow. (that was 'suggested' by Aniston) The NIKE team are looking for a slot that is long enough for a two parter. NIKE is offering Aniston control over the Charity portion, and she is thinking of signing up some Famous cancer survivors.

Jennifer Aniston strutted her way into Letterman yesterday to tape her appearance on last night's show. She looked fabulous - those legs - as usual and was in a fantastic mood when she chatted with Dave. They talked about high school and just a touch about John Mayer, though it's sweet to hear her swoon about his singing. Dave also grilled her about her recent magazine covers and when he got to GQ, Jennifer gave him the tie from that infamous cover. There was talk of her holiday plans and, naturally, Marley & Me, but really nothing can sell this movie quite as well as her great personality, contagious laugh and that smile.

Jennifer Aniston's Favorite Yoga Poses Are . . .

I'm really happy that yoga is gaining in popularity these days, because it's so good for everybody. Whether you're training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic back pain, are pregnant, or just need to de-stress, the ancient practice of yoga can help. Apparently it's also good for celebs too. Madonna, Brooke Shields, Adam Levine, Drew Barrymore, and Naomi Watts are all into practicing yoga.

So is Jennifer Aniston. When asked about her favorite yoga poses, Jennifer said in a recent interview with People, "I'm so terrible with names . . . Child pose. And it's a mix between that and Tree pose. [Tree] has good balance and I like how it feels."

These two poses are basic poses you'd learn in a beginner yoga class, but they're poses that you'll continue to do until you're an experienced yogi. To find out the benefits of these tranquil poses read more.

Child's Pose is one of my favorites too because it's so relaxing. Lowering your head below your heart has this calming effect on your mind, and it's a great pose to do if you're feeling stressed or tired. Child's Pose is recommended for people with lower back pain. It's also the perfect pose to do in a yoga class if your arms need a break, or if you feel your breathing becoming too erratic.
Tree is a wonderful balancing pose because it doesn't require a ton of muscular strength. When your bent leg is resting on the inner thigh of your straight leg, it's actually quite stable. So you can stay in this position for a while, just breathing and feeling your connection with the ground.
