Jennifer Lopez carried her daughter Emme yesterday morning as they arrived in Washington DC with Marc Anthony. Their family was in the capitol with Eva Longoria to attend last night's PBS Latin Music Special, which was hosted by the president and first lady at the White House. The president even showed off his dance moves at the affair, though he wasn't shaking it to Jennifer's new song, "Fresh Out of the Oven." It was the latest evening out for the Lopez-Anthonys, after their PDA-filled trip to see the Dolphins play in Miami on Monday.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were in Miami last night to cheer on the Dolphins as they beat the New York Jets. Marc opened the game by singing the National Anthem, but Jennifer's currently the one releasing new music. Her single "Fresh Out of the Oven" came out last week under her alter ego, Lola, though you guys aren't exactly loving it. Jennifer might be trying on a new persona for her new song, but J Lo will always be her number one alias.

Jennifer Lopez's New Track "Fresh Out of the Oven" - Hit the Dance Floor or Leave the Club?

Jennifer Lopez just debuted her brand new track, "Fresh Out of the Oven" featuring the rapper Pitbull. To go along with the track, Jennifer put up a new website WhoisLola.com, which shows clips of a silhouette dancing to the song and a Twitter page. Apparently Jennifer says the alternate persona is to promote the track, and not a Sasha Fierce-type stage name. Lopez also says that this track will not be included on her upcoming album. Robert, the Twilighters, and Britney Make a Fun Teen Choice

The Teen Choice Awards were filmed in Universal City last night, but you'll have to wait until this evening to see them on the air. If you want all the spoilers, check out the full winner list here. The show was full of fun moments and, of course, lots of artful cutaways to check in on the Twilight kids. The Jonas Brothers looked like they were having a blast hosting the big night, which began and ended with their performances. They also participated in a series of fan-chosen dares throughout the night - including Nick hugging fans and Joe getting a faux-haircut. Britney's big moment came after a sweet introduction from Miley Cyrus, but Brit didn't hang out on stage long. Her standard short thank-you-to-the-fans speech was enough, but she looked fantastic in her minidress. Speaking of showing some skin, Miley's performance of her new single involved some tiny shorts and risque moves with a pole.

The Twilight cast were skillfully moved around during the show, but ended up sitting together before they received a slew of awards. There were too many to do one by one, so the whole group went up together to accept the batch. Taylor took the lead, but Robert wasn't going to get away without talking. He joked that he was asked to stretch out the show so he rambled a bit, seeming a little more loosened up than when he took the stage with Megan Fox earlier. Other highlights included Zac Efron's effusive speech, the Black Eyed Peas', Cameron Diaz, and Ellen DeGeneres winning for her Twitter. The Hill might just be alive with the sound of music - J. Lo style. Jennifer Lopez slunk into the Hart Senate Office Building for a mysterious meeting inside presumptive Democratic nominee Barack Obama’s DC office. The surprise visitor was wearing a black cocktail dress and carrying an orange handbag, and caused quite a stir as she waited for the elevator to Obama's digs. When asked why Ms. Lopez goes to Washington, she demurred saying, “I’m not ready to do any press yet.”

Rumors have it that Lopez may be writing Obama a song. Poor Sens. Arlen Specter and Bill Nelson couldn't get any love as they strolled by the crowd unnoticed. After an hour and a half, an Obama staffer came out to break the bad news - J. Lo had left the building. Assuming the rumors are true - is a J. Lo song for Obama, sweet music? Could this signal a return to the campaign songs of yesteryear? I've got my fingers crossed. . . . Would you download?

Jennifer Is Free to Shop Now That She's Locked Down a Nanny

After a busy weekend of participating in a triathlon immediately followed by a birthday bash for Marc on the opposite coast, Jennifer Lopez has been treating herself to a little vacation in St. Tropez. Today she was spotted shopping around town before climbing back aboard Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's yacht. In a recent interview, J Lo revealed that she's hired a nanny to help with the twins, which explains how she has more time for her fitness, career, and shopping these days. Here are highlights:

On finally getting help with the babies: "I did it for a long time but we started using a nanny a few weeks ago. [Most days] I get up early with them. Then when the nanny comes, I can take a shower and give them their breakfast. She's there to help me get things done."
On spending time with the twins: "When they see you and have that big smile on their face – I live for that. And when I put them to bed at night and they melt in your arms. I give them a bottle and wind it down. I say, 'It's time for beddy-bye.' I hold them and sing a little song. By the time you know it, they are asleep."

On balancing a career: "It's gonna be a learning experience. How will I do both? I try to take breaks from work. I'll do a little work with the choreographers and then come back. I try to spend every free moment with the babies."

Most of you predicted back in May that Jennifer and Marc wouldn't last long without a nanny, so we're not surprised to hear that they finally come around. Plus, now she'll have some time to visit with her sister who recently welcomed a baby girl of her own.
