Newlyweds Jessica Alba and Cash Warren welcomed baby girl, Honor Marie Warren into their family this weekend. According to People Jessica delivered at Hollywood's baby hot spot - Cedars–Sinai in Los Angeles. A few months ago, rumors swirled that the couple planned to name the baby girl Honor as Jessica felt it was an honor to be having Cash's baby.

Reality Check: The Truth Behind Jessica Alba's Post-Baby Body

In a world where some celebrities claim breastfeeding is their trick to shedding pregnancy pounds, it's refreshing when famous new moms acknowledge that achieving a pre-pregnancy body wasn't all peaches. Jessica Alba looked amazing just a couple months after giving birth to her baby this Summer and her trainer, Ramona Braganza, told the world that Jessica shed the weight by eating right and exercising for an hour, five or six days a week.

Braganza wasn't lying when she said that her client lost weight with a healthy diet and exercise, but the process wasn't easy for Jessica. In fact, in a recent interview with Elle, the actress said that giving birth was easier than the workouts she was doing to get in shape for her Campari calendar campaign. Jessica said, "The workouts were horrible. I cried. And I haven't worked out since." If childbirth couldn't compete with her exercise routine, it's no wonder she gave up on them.

Aside from her grueling workouts, Alba admitted that she wore a girdle around her mid-section. A friend of hers tried the girdle trick after giving birth and her six-pack was visible just eight weeks after having her baby. She recalls, "She told me to put an elastic band around my waist - any kind of band or girdle works," and added, "I didn't recover as fast as she did. I don't have a six-pack - that's just not my body at all."

With or without the tearful workouts, Jessica looks fantastic. Hearing about the lengths she went to in order to change her body immediately following childbirth highlights the immense pressure on Hollywood moms. It also goes to show that the path to achieving a pre-pregnancy body is different for everyone - the reality for some celebrities may be completely unrealistic for you and me.

According to Us Weekly, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren became parents this weekend! Jessica apparently gave birth to a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. Jessica and Cash quietly got married at the courthouse a few weeks ago, just in time for their new addition. No word yet on a baby name or any other details. Congrats to the new family!

Update: People confirms the news and that Jessica and Cash have named their little girl Honor Marie Warren.

Jess Takes a Break While Honor Just Hangs Around

Jessica Alba grabbed a snack while Honor observed the scene on a break from a photo shoot in LA yesterday. Jessica looks gorgeous flashing a smile in her casual tank top and kept a protective arm around her daughter. Whether being a new mom has made her happy or if she's just given up on caring about the paparazzi, Jessica seems to be in great spirits. Instead of movies she's throwing herself into causes, so while Jessica used to get a lot of flack on the Internet, it's hard to complain about her behavior these days. Plus, seeing her baby all snuggled up, you can't deny the awww factor.

Us Weekly is reporting that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren became parents this weekend! Jessica apparently gave birth to a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.

EDIT: They've named the baby Honor Marie Warren, her rep has confirmed.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren took Honor out to lunch with friends in Beverly Hills on Saturday. Jessica opted for a striped cardigan and comfy baggy pants instead of showing off her amazing post-baby body that we now know how she whipped back into shape. Honor got a special smile from her mom during the walk, but pretty soon those famous lips will be forced shut when Jessica appears in a new ad campaign for Declare Yourself, urging young people to vote.

Jessica Alba emerged in LA on Saturday for the first time since giving birth, with Cash Warren and little Honor Marie by her side. Of course no glimpse of the infant just yet as Honor stayed all cozied up in her carrier while her new parents enjoyed the sunny afternoon. While most of you are hoping she skips the usual baby photo selling game, I'm still looking forward to seeing this new celebrity baby. At least Jessica has her new daughter to keep her in a good mood, which should be especially helpful after The Love Guru's horrible reviews and dismal box office results this weekend.
