Jessica Alba is looking so fresh! The red of her dress looks great against her sun-kissed skin, her hair looks summery and great, and I love the bubble hem of her dress! I don't think I would have picked black shoes for the ensemble, but hey, we'll focus on the good - she does look great!

Jessica Alba's Annual MTV Movie Awards Appearance

Last year at this time Jessica was preparing to host the MTV Movie Awards. This time around she will join Posh, Cameron, and Lindsay in presenting the treasured golden popcorns to her famous colleagues (click here to see the nominees). Other stars scheduled to be at the June 3rd ceremony are Jessica Biel, Mandy Moore, John Krasinski, and Shia LaBeouf. Jessica is keeping busy running errands post her birthday weekend and Coachella outing. Just think, last year at this time she was gearing up to host the MTV Movie Awards. This time around MTV has chosen Sarah Silverman to take her place but Jessica might still be in attendance at the big show. The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is nominated for Best Picture You Haven't Seen Yet (click here to see all the nominees). It's got some pretty tough competition though. Jessica Alba May Meet the Little Fockers

The latest installment in the Meet the Parents/Meet the Fockers franchise will not just introduce young diapered characters, but it'll also introduce a pretty young thing. Jessica Alba is in talks to play a sexpot pharmaceutical rep in Little Fockers, the third Fockers movie.

Alba's character's beauty is supposed to "wreak havoc on the male characters" - not an unbelievable task for the actress.

Though I thought the Focker series had run its course when this sequel was announced, I'm curious to see how big of a part Alba will have. She's not exactly my favorite actress in the world, but at least the franchise is introducing some new blood to add to the ensemble.

MTV Movie Awards Trend: Bare Necks

I don't know if you noticed, but the majority of stars at the 2007 MTV Movie Awards chose not to wear anything around their necks. Amanda Bynes was one of the very few who decorated her décolletage. Everyone else kept their bling to a minimum, allowing their dresses to take center stage. Out of all of the no-necklace looks, I like Jessica Alba's the most, because her hoop earrings got the job done. I think Lauren Conrad's look could have used a simple necklace, as could Mandy Moore's. I am so relieved that Posh opted out of neck jewels because her loud zebra-print dress would not have been able to handle it.
