JT and Bikini-Wearing Jessica Rock Their Bodies on the Beach

Shirtless Justin Timberlake and a bikini-clad Jessica Biel took a break from playing golf to sunbathe and spend time with friends on the beach yesterday on their Mexican vacation. When he returns, JT will be interviewed by Katie Couric during her All Access Grammy Special, and he's even expected to perform with T.I. at the show on Feb. 8. It sounds like his 2007 claims he would never return to the Grammys since they used him for ratings - which proved to be sort of true - must be water under the bridge for JT. Either way, for now all he has to worry about is working on his tan with his hot girlfriend in her skimpy bikini bottoms.

Celeb Trainer Valerie Waters on Biel's Booty and Burning Fat

There's no hiding bellies or behinds when all you're wearing is a bikini. Shape recruited celebrity trainer Valerie Waters for a few tips on getting ready to bare it all - who better than a woman who has worked with clients like Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel?

Valerie insists that eating clean (and eating breakfast) are big parts of the equation for achieving the body you want, and making your workouts count is the other factor in getting your figure bikini-ready. Her plan: Strength train three days a week, focusing on the big muscles (legs, chest, back, and arms). Increase the amount of fat you burn by doing interval training the other three days.

Valerie plugged her product when she told Shape, "The Valslide is the secret weapon for a lot of celebrities because it will change your butt faster than anything you've seen. It's like using a slide board except that's it's smaller." She added, "You can do so much to work your butt with no equipment: squats, lunges, step-ups." Ginnifer and Chloe Join the Jessicas at a Prada Party

The Prada store in LA was packed on Friday night with starlets celebrating the launch of the label's new book. Jessicas Biel and Alba kept things simple in black, as did mom-to-be Camila Alves. Christina Ricci took a break from her bikini fun with her new boyfriend to get decked out in a bejeweled white number. Chloe Sevigny, meanwhile, sported a bra-bearing look to pose for photos with pal Liz Goldwyn and Big Love costar Ginnifer Goodwin. Rachel Zoe added a little color to the proceedings with her husband Rodger. The Prada party was a prelude to the even more star-studded bash at LA's Museum of Contemporary Art on Saturday, and it looks like the ladies got a head start on their fashionable partying.

Derek and Jessica Go Public in Puerto Rico

Jessica and Derek's relationship may be fairly new but that doesn't mean these two are in hiding - especially while on vacation. They're way too athletic for that. When these two are in Puerto Rico instead of getting some R&R they got in some volleyball, paddle ball, and swimming. Jessica can always be seen working out back home in LA, and Derek is no stranger to physical activity. Sounds like these two are perfect for each other!
