Life & Style combed the beaches and found A-list beach bodies and awarded them with a variety of "superlatives." FitSugar had the pleasure of commenting on the honorees.

InTouch recently rated the hottest beach bodies from our favorite starlets, but I have realized that you guys are not always in agreement with how the glossies rate celebrity beach bodies. So I am wondering what order you would put them in, here are the ten women (in no particular order):

Fab Body Guide: Perfectly Proportionate Shoulders

I have a blonde bombshell of a friend who is a self-proclaimed broad-shouldered gal. We recently went shopping together because she needed tops and dresses and I'm here to help! We ended up scoring her some new fun and feminine pieces that helped proportion her shoulder with the rest of her bodacious bod.

I'm sure broad-shouldered broad Jessica Biel faces this challenge everyday and you can see such a difference between when she wears something ultra femme (left) and something not so femme (right). Not to say gals with broad shoulders can't wear a tee shirt when going casual, but here are some tips and items to trick the eye into thinking you have perfectly proportionate shoulders. Hope they help!

Loose deep v-neck sweaters, and v-necks in general, are your best friend.
Slouchy, menswearish trousers create more volume on the bottom therefore balancing out the shoulders.
Shrunken blazers with a nipped in waist make the upper half appear more compact.
A long, swingy top plays up the curve of the hips.
Contrary to what you may think, suspenders cut the shoulders down the middle and elongate the torso.
A feminine, flirty blouse softens an angular frame.

Celeb Trainer Valerie Waters on Biel's Booty and Burning Fat

There's no hiding bellies or behinds when all you're wearing is a bikini. Shape recruited celebrity trainer Valerie Waters for a few tips on getting ready to bare it all - who better than a woman who has worked with clients like Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel?

Valerie insists that eating clean (and eating breakfast) are big parts of the equation for achieving the body you want, and making your workouts count is the other factor in getting your figure bikini-ready. Her plan: Strength train three days a week, focusing on the big muscles (legs, chest, back, and arms). Increase the amount of fat you burn by doing interval training the other three days.

Valerie plugged her product when she told Shape, "The Valslide is the secret weapon for a lot of celebrities because it will change your butt faster than anything you've seen. Fittest Female Celebrity of 2008

We were inspired by many fit celebrities this year, but Jessica Biel received the majority of your votes for the fittest female celebrity of 2008. It's the second consecutive year that Jessica's fit lifestyle won her the title, and the poll results showed the only close competition was Madonna. Many of you mentioned you like the young star because she's muscular but feminine, and it seems Adam Sandler didn't have to stretch the truth when reciting his line in I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry when he told Biel's character, "That may be the most perfect body I've ever seen."

There's no question Jessica works hard to achieve a high level of fitness. Between running bleachers with her man Justin Timberlake and strolling with their dogs, Jessica has a couple of built-in fitness buddies and the weather in LA allows them to enjoy exercising outdoors. Will this fit celebrity win the title three years in a row? Only time will tell if someone else will top her in 2009, but something tells me that Jessica's fitness priorities aren't budging anytime soon.

Jessica Biel Gets Technical For the Oscars

Jessica Biel helped keep her buff body in shape, taking one of her dogs for a hike around Runyon Canyon Park earlier today. She's never needed an excuse to stay fit, but Jessica has a special reason to look good - she'll be hosting the Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards on Saturday. Clips of the awards will air during the official Oscars ceremony on February 22, so Jessica will get to be part of all the fun.
